Alternance – Assistant(e) Chef(fe) de Produit – Candy/Beauty (F/H/NB)
Job Summary:
Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?
Le département Merchandise Développement Produit est composé de deux pôles : Softline et Hardline, en charge du développement des produits vendus dans les boutiques des Parcs, des Hôtels et de Disney Village. Vous ferez partie intégrante du pôle Hardline, regroupant 20 personnes, et interviendrez sur le développement stratégique produit des secteurs Candy (confiserie/snacking) et Beauty (cosmétique). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs internationaux et le département artistique.
Ce que vous ferez ⭐
Sous la supervision d'un(e) chef(fe) de produit, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Rassembler l’ensemble des éléments auprès des départements Artistique, Qualité et Planning) afin d’établir un cahier de charge produit détaillé (spec sheet, dossier technique…)
- Coordonner les commentaires produit avec les fournisseurs, jusqu’à la validation finale du prototype par le chef de produit (commentaires, vérification des normes, intégrations des packagings et conformité avec les nouvelles réglementations) en suivant les retroplannings de développement
- Assurer le suivi des corrections d’échantillon en collaboration avec le département artistique
- Suivre la mise en conformité des produits avec le service Qualité
- Assister le/la chef(fe) de produit dans le suivi des éco-contributions et du respect des normes environnementales
- Participer à l’élaboration de la présentation de la stratégie produit (maquettes, présentation des nouveaux concepts, mise en scène, création des supports)
- Contribuer à la veille du marché, l’étude du marché et le suivi des tendances marché sur tout le secteur confiserie et snacking
- Effectuer l'analyse des besoins consommateurs spécifiques à Disneyland Paris
Ce que nous recherchons 💼
- Vous préparerez à la rentrée un Master en Marketing, Merchandising, Commerce ou Management de produit
- Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance d’une durée de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
- Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience en développement de produit alimentaire / cosmétique (stage ou alternance compris)
- Vous avez un niveau de français C1/C2 et un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire avancé (B2 minimum)
- Vous avez une très bonne maitrise du Pack Office, en particulier d’Excel (niveau avancé)
- Vous avez une bonne capacité à travailler en mode transverse et une bonne capacité rédactionnelle
- Vous faites preuve d’agilité, de rigueur, d’organisation et d’autonomie. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, faites preuve d’écoute active et êtes force de proposition
