Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet to achieve customer service and financial goals
Ensure that all safety and sanitation levels are upheld in accordance with all local regulations
Deliver unprecedented personalization. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with guests’ passions and create memorable experiences
Handle all guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
Train the team on order taking, menu knowledge, proper selling and techniques
Maintain constant supervision of associates regards to performance, product knowledge and grooming

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in restaurant, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Qualification of Hygiene Manager is preferred. Knowledge in different systems for operations (such as TMS, Kronos and Opera) would be considered as added advantages
Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills
