El Operador de Cámara apoyará al equipo de producción de ESPN en la correcta ejecución de contenidos en vivo y grabados, asegurando el manejo adecuado de cámaras, la calidad visual de las transmisiones y el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos definidos por el área. Este rol es esencial para garantizar que cada proyecto, programa o segmento deportivo se capture con precisión, consistencia y alineado con las necesidades editoriales y creativas de ESPN.

El puesto colaborará de manera cercana con productores, directores, talento al aire y equipos técnicos, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva para resolver necesidades durante la producción, anticipar requerimientos operativos y asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente. Asimismo, contribuirá a la operación del área mediante el cuidado del equipo asignado, la ejecución técnica puntual y la capacidad de adaptarse a los ritmos dinámicos de un entorno en vivo.

El Operador de Cámara, Producción ESPN será responsable de:

  • Operar cámaras de estudio para programas en vivo, grabaciones, programas especiales y producciones deportivas.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de planos, movimientos, encuadres y composición visual solicitada por el director o productor.
  • Colaborar con el equipo técnico para preparar cámaras, iluminación y equipo requerido previo a cada producción.
  • Verificar que el funcionamiento técnico del equipo esté en óptimas condiciones antes, durante y después de las grabaciones.
  • Seguir indicaciones en tiempo real durante transmisiones en vivo, adaptándose a cambios rápidos de contenido o ritmo de producción.
  • Mantener el orden, cuidado y control básico del equipo de cámara asignado.
  • Cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad, estándares editoriales y políticas internas de ESPN.

Lo que necesitamos de ti para formar parte de esta historia:

  • Deseable experiencia operando cámaras en producción, televisión, estudios o transmisiones en vivo, así como conocimientos en cámaras de estudio, cámaras portátiles y equipo relacionado; también valoramos mucho la motivación y las ganas de aprender.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, adaptarse a cambios rápidos durante producciones en vivo y ejecutar instrucciones de manera precisa.
  • Habilidad para colaborar con equipos de producción, dirección, iluminación y audio, manteniendo organización, puntualidad y enfoque en la calidad visual.
  • Actividades operativas relacionadas con el manejo de equipo o trabajo en locaciones cuando la producción lo requiera.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios variables, incluyendo fines de semana, noches y días festivos, según la programación deportiva.
  • Deseable conocimiento básico de iluminación, composición visual.
  • Interés y gusto por los deportes.
