Job Summary:

Rattaché(e) à la Direction du Pôle Nature, vous interviendrez sur des projets liés à l’activité de deux établissements de la zone hôtelière de Disneyland Paris : Le Disney Sequoia Lodge, hôtel trois étoiles de 1 010 chambres, propose une expérience immersive au cœur de la nature et regroupe l’ensemble des métiers de l’hôtellerie.

Le Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, parc résidentiel de loisirs, offre quant à lui des bungalows indépendants et l’intégralité des services hôteliers dans un environnement verdoyant et dépaysant ! 🏰

Vos missions :  🥽 

  • Participer à la gestion et au suivi de projets en collaboration avec la Direction du Pôle Nature

  • Contribuer à l’élaboration et au déploiement de projets, qu’ils soient individuels ou transverses, au sein des deux établissements

  • Accompagner le suivi des baromètres qualité et des indicateurs financiers, en lien avec les équipes concernées

  • Participer à la rédaction des comptes rendus de réunions et au suivi des plans d’actions

  • Contribuer à la coordination et à la centralisation des informations entre les équipes supports et opérationnelles

  • Aider à la préparation de supports de pilotage, de reporting et de présentations destinés au management

Ces missions sont évolutives en fonction du développement de vos compétences tout au long de votre alternance.

Profil / Compétences   💼

  • Formation en alternance Vous préparez un Master et vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience terrain en Hôtellerie
  • Langues : français courant (C2) et anglais intermédiaire (B2).
  • Vision globale : capacité à comprendre les enjeux transverses, à relier les informations et à appréhender les projets dans leur ensemble
  • Sens de la confidentialité : respect strict de la discrétion et des informations sensibles, fiabilité et professionnalisme
  • Aisance relationnelle : aptitude à communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés, à créer du lien et à faciliter les échanges
  • Capacité de collaboration : esprit d’équipe et facilité à travailler en interaction avec les équipes supports et opérationnelles
  • Posture professionnelle : écoute, adaptabilité et sens des responsabilités dans un environnement exigeant
