Job Summary:
La Direction Juridique à Disneyland® Paris :
Au sein de la direction des Affaires Juridiques de Disneyland Paris, vous accompagnez les juristes du Pôle droit des affaires dans le cadre de leurs missions de conseil et d’assistance auprès des divisions Achats, Partenariats, Merchandise, Food, Sécurité et Opérations.
Vous intervenez dans des domaines aussi variés que le droit des contrats, le droit commercial, la propriété intellectuelle, le droit de la consommation, le droit pénal etc.
Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ? Votre stage peut débuter entre le mois d’octobre 2026 et janvier 2027.
Vos missions 🎯
- Vous assurez la veille juridique en effectuant des analyses juridiques et des notes d'information internes
- Vous préparez, rédigez, revoyez et/ou participez à la négociation des contrats/accords avec des partenaires tiers, à partir de modèles types ou sur-mesure
- Vous participez aux réunions et échanges avec les clients internes
- Vous prodiguez, sous la supervision d’un(e) juriste spécialisé(e), des conseils aux clients internes, en tenant compte de leurs contraintes opérationnelles
- Vous travaillez sur des sujets juridiques de fond et, le cas échéant, préparez et participez aux formations des clients internes sur des thématiques juridiques variées
- Vous contribuez à la mise en place et/ou au suivi de l’application de procédures internes
- En cas d’intervention sur un dossier contentieux, vous aidez à la formulation des avis sur les documents de procédure (assignation, conclusion), assistez aux réunions et potentiellement aux audiences concernées
- En fonction du degré d'aisance, vous suivez ou prenez en charge des questions ou des dossiers juridiques avec plus ou moins d'autonomie sous la supervision d'un(e) juriste spécialisé(e)
Profil / Compétences 💼
- Vous préparez un Master en Droit des affaires / Droit des contrats / Droit de la consommation / Propriété intellectuelle ou vous êtes Elève-avocat(e) (stage PPI) et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à temps plein
- Votre stage peut débuter entre le mois d’octobre 2026 et janvier 2027
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Pack Office et des moteurs de recherches juridiques, tels que LexisNexis, Lamy ou Dalloz
- Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant (C1 minimum) et une bonne connaissance des termes techniques de la profession
- Vous avez idéalement déjà effectué un ou plusieurs stages en entreprise ou cabinet d’avocat
- La confidentialité étant votre atout majeur, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Vous avez également le sens de l’autonomie
