Directeur(trice) Adjoint(e) d’hôtel – Hôtel 4* Disneyland Paris F/H/NB – CDI
Job Summary:
Disneyland Paris est la 1ére destination touristique Européenne, mais également un des plus grands pôles hôteliers de France. Nos 7 hôtels à thème immergent nos visiteurs dans les histoires Disney qu'ils affectionnent tant, séjourner dans un de nos hôtels est la meilleure façon de profiter pleinement de notre destination.
Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Adjoint(e) pour rejoindre l’un de nos hôtels 4 étoiles, reconnu pour l’excellence de son service et la qualité de son accueil.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de l’Hôtel, vous encadrez et fédérez des équipes opérationnelles (10 managers), garantissez le niveau d’excellence de service aux clients de l’hôtel et l’optimisation des résultats de l’activité en veillant au respect de la promesse et des standards de Disneyland Paris.
Vous êtes un leader charismatique et inspirant, doté(e) d’un sens stratégique affirmé. Vous saurez motiver, challenger et accompagner chacun de vos leaders en les guidant à travers les transformations de l’entreprise et les projets à venir, tout en créant une dynamique d’équipe. Vous excellez dans la collaboration avec les partenaires clés, qu’ils soient internes ou externes, en cultivant un esprit de collaboration en favorisant des relations de travail constructives et durables.
Vos principales missions :
· Assurer la coordination des opérations au sein de l’hôtel
· Piloter et superviser l’activité et les missions de votre équipe (managers…).
· Suivre et évaluer l’action et la performance de vos collaborateurs et favoriser leur développement professionnel.
· Porter, manager, piloter et participer aux projets et initiatives mises en œuvre sur votre secteur d'activité et/ou la Division et en suivre les résultats.
· Délivrer les résultats attendus, les optimiser et proposer toutes actions en faveur de leur amélioration.
· Proposer des offres ou des services afin d’anticiper et de répondre aux besoins des clients.
· Contribuer aux orientations stratégiques et à l’identification des enjeux spécifiques à votre pôle d'activité.
· Participer à l’élaboration et à la construction du plan annuel d’opération et contrôler les budgets alloués à l’hôtel.
· Favoriser les relations et la collaboration constructive avec toutes les lignes support et business et/ou les partenaires produits.
· Expliquer et veiller, sur votre périmètre, au respect des règles légales et conventionnelles, des accords et politiques RH de l'entreprise et au maintien du climat social en collaboration étroite avec les fonctions supports.
Votre profil :
Idéalement titulaire d’un BAC+5 en Management, vous avez une expérience significative en tant que Directeur(trice) Adjoint(e) des Opérations au sein d’établissements hôteliers haut de gamme.
Vous êtes doté(e) d’une excellente communication (écrite et orale), de sens de l’écoute et de solides compétences analytiques et de synthèse.
Votre rigueur intellectuelle, votre empathie et votre capacité à convaincre et emmener les équipes dans une collaboration optimale sont des qualités indéniables pour ce poste.
Vous démontrez une capacité à gérer la complexité dans un environnement matriciel/multiculturel et en collaboration étroite avec différentes équipes et interlocuteurs à tous niveaux de l’organisation.
Vous êtes capable de penser de manière stratégique et créative, d’identifier les problématiques et les opportunités clés.
Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français à l’oral et à l’écrit est indispensable pour ce poste (minimum niveau C1).
Vous maîtrisez le pack office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Vous êtes flexible sur les horaires et les jours de travail pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations (inclus le week-end et potentiellement sur des heures de nuit).

Vous avez su démontrer votre capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et prestigieux, où l'excellence du service, l’animation d’équipes de leaders, l'attention au détail, et la satisfaction client sont des priorités absolues. Cette expérience doit refléter une maîtrise des standards élevés propres à l’hôtellerie haut de gamme, que ce soit en gestion d’opérations, en leadership d’équipes ou en relation avec une clientèle internationale.
