Tous les jours, notre département Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.

                                         Chef(fe) d’équipe draperie en CDI (F/H/NB)


Sous la responsabilité du Manager Maintenance, vous assurez l'animation de l'équipe, êtes le lien au quotidien avec les différents intervenants opérationnels et support et garantissez l'optimisation des résultats de l'activité et la qualité de service, que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients, en respectant nos cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité. 

Vos Missions ?

  • Encadrer une équipe : organiser, distribuer, suivre et contrôler le travail de l'équipe par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Animer l'équipe au quotidien : la coacher et insuffler, en étroite collaboration avec son manager, une motivation quotidienne aux collaborateurs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
  • Assurer la formation et le développement de l'équipe et transmettre son savoir-faire technique et comportemental.                                                                   
  • Respecter et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité ainsi que les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.                                                                  
  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du département (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux attentes des clients en prenant les décisions nécessaires en l'absence du Manager.                                                                                                                                                                              
  • Informer et alerter en temps réel des écarts de performances au regard des objectifs de productivité préalablement définis.                                                       
  • Mettre en place les actions correctives définies par le Manager, pour garantir la qualité du service/produit et la satisfaction clientèle.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Gérer le disciplinaire du premier niveau                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  • Animer les briefings, tables rondes et staff meetings.                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • Réaliser les entretiens "rencontre" des membres de l'équipe.

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

De formation en Bac Pro métiers de la couture / tapisserie, vous avez une expérience d’au minimum de 3 ans dans les métiers en couture - tapisserie.

Vous avez également une expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que chef(fe) d'équipe expérimenté(e).    

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et Outlook, ainsi que des logiciels SAP/SRM

Vous avez votre permis B depuis plus de 2 ans.
