Analyste SIRH Paie - CDD - H/F/NB

Votre environnement :
Rattachée à la division RH, l’équipe HRIS est en charge de gérer les systèmes RH de gestion administrative et paie : support, évolutions, maintenance, implémentation de nouveaux systèmes, reporting.
Elle assure aussi l’alignement de toutes les données, personnelles et contractuelles, dans les différents systèmes afin de garantir une donnée fiable aux clients internes (notamment GHRO, Paie) et travaille sur l’optimisation des process et outils.
C’est au sein de cette équipe que nous recherchons un(e) Analyste HRIS Paie pour une mission temporaire jusqu’au 31/03/2027.
Vos missions :
1. Expertise métier & suivi d’activité
- Être le point de contact dédié sur un périmètre fonctionnel et accompagner les équipes métier dans l’usage des systèmes RH
- Suivre les échanges entre les équipes métier, IT et éditeurs pour fluidifier les demandes et garantir la cohérence des solutions
- Prendre en charge des sujets de bout en bout : recueil du besoin, cadrage, réalisation, recette, déploiement et documentation
2. Analyse fonctionnelle & optimisation
- Réaliser l’analyse des besoins utilisateurs et proposer des solutions conformes aux bonnes pratiques HRIS
- Documenter les processus, mettre à jour les modes opératoires et garantir l’exactitude des paramétrages
- Identifier les irritants et proposer des améliorations continues pour optimiser l’expérience utilisateur
3. Maintenance corrective et évolutive
- Assurer la maintenance du système
- Réaliser le paramétrage fonctionnel
- Contribuer aux tests sur les évolutions de nos systèmes
- Focus sur du testing sur la mise en place du fait générateur
- Traiter et analyser les rejets entre les différents systèmes HRIS
- Contribuer à la gestion des mises en prod et s’assurer de l’impact sur le fonctionnement quotidien
4. Support utilisateurs
- Traiter les tickets incidents ou demandes, selon les standards de l’équipe HRIS
- Diagnostiquer les anomalies, les analyser et en assurer la résolution
- Sensibiliser les utilisateurs finaux via des supports adaptés et des sessions d’information

Vos atouts pour réussir :
- Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation RH/paie, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la paie
- Vous avez une expérience approfondie du réglementaire de paie pour réaliser la mise en place des évolutions ou la maintenance des paramétrages existants (accords temps de travail, heures supplémentaires, forfait des cadres autonomes, fait générateur)
- Vous comprenez une cartographie applicative et des flux d’intégration
- Vous avez la capacité de travailler sur des données volumineuses, de croiser les sources et d’en tirer des conclusions
- Vous avez la capacité de vulgariser des concepts techniques
- Vous maîtrisez l’outil de paramétrage de HR Access Suite 9
- Langues (Lu/Ecrit/Parlé) : français courant (niveau C1) et anglais débutant-avancé (A2)
- Vous maîtrisez l’outil informatique ainsi que le Pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
