Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?

Au sein du département Ressources Humaines, l’équipe « Talent Management » porte, fait évoluer et inspire la culture de gestion intégrée des talents (ITM) afin de soutenir la performance individuelle et collective de notre entreprise, créer les conditions pour identifier et accompagner le développement et la rétention des talents.

Vos missions 🎯

Dans le cadre de votre alternance, vous soutiendrez l’équipe sur les missions suivantes :

- Gérer des projets sur les sujets de talent management (par exemple, les projets autour de la carrière, du développement, de l'intégration des leaders) :

  • Comprendre et analyser les besoins des projets confiés,

  • Recueillir et analyser les informations nécessaires à la conduite des projets,

  • Organiser et planifier les activités et les étapes nécessaires à la bonne réalisation des projets,

  • Etablir des supports pédagogiques (synthèse de recherches, comptes rendus, présentations etc.),

  • Travailler avec différents partenaires internes en fonction des projets.

- Préparer des éléments de communication visant à faciliter la transmission des informations et le suivi de plans de communication.

- Contribuer un reporting de l’activité (ex. pilotage de performance) et restituer les éléments de façon logique, cohérente et exploitable.

 Votre profil 💼

  • Vous préparez un Master 1 ou un Master 2 en Ressources Humaines,

  • Vous parlez couramment français (C1) avec un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire avancé minimum (B2),

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pack office avec une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de Powerpoint, la connaissance de Canva est un plus.

  • Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience professionnelle en moyenne ou grande entreprise et une appétence dans la gestion des projets,

  • Vous êtes dotés d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

  • Vous avez une bonne aisance rédactionnelle en français et en anglais.
