How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Sr Analyst, Finance will join the DTC Finance team, supporting the planning and performance analysis of the Direct-to-Consumer business across Latam, with a focus on subscribers, revenue and direct cost planning.

The Sr Analyst will help drive core Finance processes—including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning—while also partnering closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and other tactical opportunities. This role requires the ability to connect high-level business drivers (subscriber growth, churn, ARPU, content and distribution costs) with detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis.

A successful candidate will be comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and deep analytical work, ensuring that all financial impacts are rigorously assessed, aligned with established methodologies, and accurately reflected in forecasts and decision-making frameworks. The role also requires proactive collaboration with Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and regional teams to stay ahead of product development and identify opportunities to optimize business performance.

The Sr Analyst, Finance DTC will be responsible for:

  • Co-leading Planning processes, especially budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning exercise.
  • Projecting Subscriber balances as a function of acquisition and retention over time.
  • Modelling Subscriber Revenues based on Subscriber projections.
  • Valuing tactical opportunities, pricing, promotional and other valuations.
  • Working with Business Intelligence, Marketing, Business Operations to stay on top of any relevant data and/or business developments.
  • Developing and maintaining valuation models aligned with broader Finance methodologies.
  • Develop and/or collaborate with ad hoc analyses as needed.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Administration, Finance or related fields. 
  • +3 years of experience in FP&A roles. Preferred industries: Entertainment, Technology, Consumer Products.
  • Team player, highly responsible and dedicated.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent modelling skills.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Python, R or Alteryx are a plus.
  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
