¿Cómo vas a contribuir a nuestra experiencia mágica?
Buscamos un Planner, Ad Sales con un perfil de auto motivación, proactivo, con buen entendimiento de audiencias 360, las dinámicas de hábitos y consumos de plataformas lineales y digitales. Capaz de generar valor en una estructura horizontal en base a la colaboración dentro del área y en relación con otras áreas de la compañía.
El Planner, Ad Sales deberá aumentar inicialmente las capacidades de integrar distintas plataformas y formatos (lineales y digitales) en las propuestas comerciales de distintos pilares/experiencias/consumos de audiencias: Entretenimiento, Familia, Factual y Deportes. Complementariamente, es fundamental que el Planner, Ad Sales desarrolle e incluya en las propuestas, métricas de audiencias en instancias de pre y post evaluación.
El Planner, Ad Sales será responsable de:
- Desarrollo de propuestas comerciales integrales.
- Evaluar la integración de distintas plataformas y formatos (lineales y digitales) en las propuestas, abordando los distintos pilares y experiencias de consumos de las diferentes audiencias: Entretenimiento, Familia, Factual y Deportes, incluyendo la recomendación de KPI de campaña y presupuesto.
- Interacción multidisciplinaria con las diferentes áreas para desarrollar propuesta comercial: REV RESEARCH para obtener información de performance de las distintas propiedades/pilares en las audiencias de interés del anunciante. Integraciones y AdOps para el desarrollo de propuestas deportivas, verificando formatos e inventarios (TV Lineal Sports). CBS en caso de que se requiera de un desarrollo creativo que complemente o enriquezca la propuesta comercial.
- Desarrollo y análisis de reportes asociados a performance de audiencia, cumplimiento KPI de campañas, Seguimiento de Inventarios
Que necesitamos de vos para que seas parte de esta historia:
- 2 años de experiencia desempeñando tareas similares. Industrias preferidas: Medios de comunicación, agencias integrales de comunicación, agencias de medios y agencias digitales
- Carreras relacionadas con Comunicación o Marketing.
- Estudios complementarios en disciplinas digitales (plus)
- Inglés intermedio
- Conocimiento de planificación en medios online, tipo de compra, métricas y formatos
- Habilidades de trabajo y colaboración en equipos multi-disciplinarios.
- Capacidad de interpretar necesidades del área de ventas y transformarlas en propuestas de valor
- Conocimiento de terminología de Medios
- Experiencia con herramientas como Kantar Ibope (Instar Techedge Choices) E-radio
- Manejo avanzado de Excel
- Experiencia con InfoAd, Ad Quality, Social Metrix (plus)
