Parks Third Shift Custodial - Full Time
Job Summary:
Preserving the magic of the Disneyland® Resort starts with a clean, safe, and show-ready environment, every single day. As a Third-Shift Custodial Cast Member, you’ll help “reset the stage” overnight, returning on-stage and backstage areas to a fresh, sanitary, and welcoming condition before Guests arrive each morning.
This role is hands-on, active, and essential, perfect for someone who takes pride in transforming spaces and keeping the Resort shining.

Responsibilities:
- Third-Shift Custodial Cast Members perform overnight deep-cleaning and maintenance using established cleaning procedures, tools, and safety practices to support Resort operations
- Resetting Resort Guest and support areas to a fresh, clean, and safe condition at the end of each operating day
- Performing heavy cleaning and detailed maintenance in on-stage and backstage locations, both indoor and outdoor
- Completing custodial work across various assignment areas based on operational needs (ex: restrooms, kitchens, attractions, merchandise locations, back-of-house, and exterior walkways/perimeter)
- Using approved cleaning tools, chemicals, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while following safety and ergonomic guidelines
- Working independently and as part of a team to complete nightly priorities efficiently and with strong attention to detail
- Supporting extended operating hours and occasional Guest interaction during special events (ex: Grad Nights or private parties)
- With additional training, using specialized custodial equipment and techniques as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Must have a valid California Driver License
- Must have no moving violations for the past twelve (12) months
- Ability to perform physically active work, including: Prolonged standing (2–3 hours at a time) heavy lifting and repetitive motion, Working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, wet environments, etc.), Willing to work at various heights (including ladder work where applicable)
- Comfortable using basic technology for training and communication (computer-based training and/or two-way radio)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous custodial, sanitation, housekeeping, janitorial, or high-volume cleaning experience
- Third-shift/overnight experience in a fast-paced environment with high cleaning expectations and strong attention to detail
- Experience working safely with cleaning chemicals, PPE, and detailed cleaning standards

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 9:00pm while some may end as late as 9:00am. Please note: shift start and end times are always subject to adjustment for special events, or other operational need. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
- This role is Full Time and requires full availability seven (7) days per week, including weekends and holidays
- This role supports 3rd shift nights (9:00 PM up to 9:00 AM) and may include extended hours based on Park operations and special events
