Today, the award-winning Disney Cruise Line continues to expand its blueprint for family cruising with a fleet of eight ships — the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny — and five more ships on the way. The Disney Adventure is the first Disney Cruise Line ship to homeport in Asia.
About the Role
As Disney Cruise Line continues to grow its presence in Asia with Disney Adventure, its first ship to homeport in Singapore, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Strategy Manager to join our regional Marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will lead marketing strategy and planning across key Asian markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Greater China.
The role encompasses regional marketing strategy, brand management, integrated campaign coordination and close collaboration with Commercial, Revenue Management, Operations and other marketing functions to drive business growth.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the tourism industry and the ability to translate business priorities into effective marketing actions. The successful candidate must be highly independent, detail-oriented and confident in managing complex initiatives across markets and stakeholders.

- You are comfortable working across multiple markets and disciplines, possess an exceptional eye for detail and can confidently engage senior stakeholders.
- As this is a maternity cover position, the ability to quickly integrate into the business, take ownership of key priorities and operate independently will be essential.
Responsibilities:

- Identify growth opportunities through an understanding of market seasonality, consumer travel behaviour, competitive landscape and commercial performance.
- Drive annual, quarterly and tactical marketing planning, ensuring alignment with regional and global business priorities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to address business challenges and optimise marketing effectiveness.
Brand Management & Regional Campaigns
- Support brand stewardship across key Asian markets, ensuring consistency with Disney Cruise Line's global brand positioning and guidelines.
- Serve as a key coordinator for regional marketing campaigns, aligning marketing functions, local market teams, agencies and global stakeholders.
- Lead the development of integrated campaign briefs, ensuring clear objectives, audience definition, strategic direction and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with Media & Digital, Creative, CRM and Communications teams to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically aligned, effectively integrated and consistently executed across key consumer touchpoints.

Commercial, Revenue & Operations Integration
- Partner closely with Revenue Management, Commercial, Sales and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business and revenue objectives.
- Monitor booking performance, demand forecasts, pricing and promotional priorities to identify opportunities for marketing intervention.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen the consumer journey and improve marketing effectiveness across digital and communication channels.
Management Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

- Consolidate cross-functional business inputs into clear, compelling narratives with actionable recommendations.
- Support the Director of Marketing in business planning, management discussions and special projects.
- Manage complex regional initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, timely delivery and effective coordination across teams.
- Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Requirements:
