About the Role & Program:

Disney Experiences (DX) Commercial Integration team’s strategic objectives include sustaining growth across the franchise portfolio and expanding a franchise management approach across our businesses and regions. Our vision is to build aligned Consumer Franchise Strategic Direction for each franchise to drive measurable value toward established goals for DX and the enterprise. To do that, the Disney Experiences Commercial Integration team’s objective is to find opportunities and gaps across our Franchises and Commercial initiatives, provide prioritization, drive alignment, and support Commercial and Franchise programs across the Disney Experiences portfolio.

 

 The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027.

 

What You Will Do:

As an intern, your journey will be filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to our dynamic organization. 

On any given day, you might:

• Support the Sr. Manager, DX Consumer Integration, Integrated Planning in coordinating, tracking, and driving communication, collaboration and integration plans and ad hoc assignments 
• Compile and build reports and decks that support our planning ecosystem, franchise projects, as well as industry and competitive data in support of franchise strategies
• Coordinate and participate in task force meetings, develop recaps, and take ownership of next steps 
• Understand consumer insights and contribute to a strategic POV 
• Establish relationships through daily communications with many partners across The Walt Disney Company globally
• Develop a keen understanding of the various businesses within the Global Disney Experiences segment and apply that knowledge to assigned projects 

 

 Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Possess an ambitious spirit, diligence, and a desire to learn 
• Meticulous with strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills 
• Self-starter, adept at working independently, leading multiple priorities at once while meeting established timelines 
• Resourceful, strategic, adaptable to change, ability to think on your feet
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a proven understanding of Keynote 

Education:

• Senior year preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the requirements below: 

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• At least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information:

• Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
• Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027
• Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $23.00 per hour.
