About Global Security Design & Delivery

The Walt Disney’s Global Security Design & Delivery (GSDD) provides specialist technical expertise, working closely with operational Security teams and Security Operations Centres (SOCs) to understand business and security needs and translate them into secure, scalable physical security technology solutions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Design & Delivery - International (INTL), the Senior Project Manager, Global Security Design & Delivery serves as an experienced technical project management lead and subject matter expert for The Walt Disney Company’s regional physical security technology environment. The role provides senior project, technical, and portfolio leadership and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management of critical physical security technology, spanning new office and site installations, relocations, lifecycle replenishment programmes, security risk remediation, and the ongoing management of security platforms and applications.

Beyond project delivery, the role is responsible for the operational resilience and sustainment of the regional security technology environment. The role directly manages the Regional Technical Supervisor, who leads technical sustainment and support services, ensuring critical physical security systems and the Regional Security Operations Centre (SOC) maintain high levels of availability, reliability, and operational continuity. The role also provides oversight of the regional technical support MSA and associated vendor relationship, ensuring service providers deliver against agreed service levels, performance expectations, technical standards, and support requirements.

Working across the APAC operational Security team, Corporate Real Estate, IT, Workplace, Facilities, and Security technology partners, the role brings together project delivery, technical expertise, operational support, and long-term technology planning to ensure the regional physical security technology environment consistently delivers a high level of availability and continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

  • Lead the technical and commercial engagement with external vendors, contractors, suppliers, and technology partners, including evaluation of quotations and identification of value-engineered and cost-effective solutions while maintaining required technical, quality, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Performance-manage external vendors, contractors, suppliers, and technology partners against agreed scope, service levels, commercial commitments, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
  • Oversee procurement activities and ensure suppliers deliver in accordance with contractual agreements, approved specifications, project requirements, and agreed timelines.

Governance, Documentation & Reporting:
