L'équipe Hotel Resort Product a pour mission de redéfinir l'expérience hôtelière de Disneyland Paris® pour repondre aux attentes de nos visiteurs provenants du monde entier. Face à une augmentation significative de la demande, le secteur hôtelier se réinvente pour répondre aux nouveaux défis du marché et l'équipe est au coeur de cette transformation.

Ce que vous ferez 

  • Définir l'expérience récréative des hôtels, plus particulierement à destination des enfants, identifier les nouveaux trends et proposer un plan de mise en œuvre,

  • Identifier les besoins de nos visiteurs en termes d’expérience récréative et établir une stratégie de capture sur les hôtels en fonction de leur attendance.

  • Mettre en place une stratégie marketing visant à donner de la visibilité aux produits développés.

  • Mettre en place une démarche de développement durable.

  • Analyser l'expérience client : retour financier du plan d'investissement.

  • Préparer des présentations (post sur le réseau social interne).

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Vous préparez un Master dans le tourisme ou hôtellerie avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet et justifiez d'une expérience en projet et en club d'animation ou centre de loisir.
  • Vous avez une sensibilité pour les projets dédiés aux enfants et les sujets récréatifs.
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (très bon niveau Power Point et Excel).
  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C1) et d'anglais intérmediaire (B2).
  • L'obtention du BAFA est un plus.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre créativité, agilité et bonne communication.
