Job Summary:

Disneyland Paris est la 1ère destination touristique Européenne, mais également un des plus grands pôles hôteliers de France.

Sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de la maintenance support, vous assurez la disponibilité et le stockage du matériel, outillages, consommables nécessaires aux équipes Maintenance Hôtels, en respectant les Quatre Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Nous recherchons pour le département support de nos 7 hôtels,

                         Un (e) Magasinier(e) maintenance en CDI (F/H/NB)

Vos missions ? 

  • Identifier les demandes d'achats (outillage, matériel, etc.) nécessaires au maintien des stocks et en assurer le suivi auprès des approvisionneurs du service pour en garantir la livraison, dans le respect des procédures applicables
  • Réceptionner (physiquement), contrôler (qualité, quantité, etc.) et ranger la marchandise en stock.
  • Réaliser des inventaires, organiser le magasin et s’assurer de la disponibilité des produits.
  • Transmettre son savoir-faire auprès de ses collègues de travail concernant l'utilisation des logiciels dédiés ainsi que les procédures et méthodes de travail dans le Magasin et dans le service.
  • Proposer des actions correctives immédiates, adaptées et individuelles à tout type de problématique opérationnelle, y compris complexe, identifiée ou imprévue (retards de livraison, indisponibilité de pièces, remplacement de références, etc.)
  • Optimiser son travail et appliquer les procédures opérationnelles établies, y compris les ouvertures ou fermetures de sa location, à partir des consignes données et sous le contrôle ponctuel d’un membre de l’encadrement présent dans sa zone afin de garantir la disponibilité du matériel et la réalisation des prestations souhaitées
  • Prendre les initiatives adaptées et utiles au bon fonctionnement du service en proposant régulièrement à sa hiérarchie des améliorations applicables, en vue d'éviter toute rupture de stock, perte d'exploitation, sur consommation ou report de travaux planifiés
  • Transmettre spontanément toutes les informations pertinentes dans le cadre de la gestion des commandes et de la disponibilité des moyens, aux personnes et/ou départements concernés et mettre en œuvre les tâches décidées en amont par la hiérarchie, visant au bon fonctionnement du service, en s’assurant de la bonne transmission des informations auprès de l’équipe et en les adaptant au besoin
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et des standards de qualité (efficacité, qualité des articles ou des informations transmises, etc.), des standards environnementaux ainsi que des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de stockage
  • Préserver les biens et le patrimoine de l'entreprise en s'assurant de la propreté, du rangement du magasin et du bon état de son environnement professionnel et veiller à l'utilisation adéquate des matières premières pour lutter contre le gaspillage
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, nouveaux services, etc. et aider ponctuellement dans toute activité répondant aux besoins opérationnels du département

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

  • Vous avez une expérience dans un poste similaire ou dans un domaine technique
  • Vous maitrisez de l’outil informatique, Excel, SAP
  • Vous avez au minimum le Niveau CAP/BEP
  • Vous êtes organisé, dynamique et avez un bon esprit d'équipe
  • Vous parlez, lisez et écrivez couramment le français (C1)
  • Ce poste nécessite du port de charge jusque 15 kg
