Job Summary:

About the Role

The Producer is responsible for developing and delivering innovative, insight-led multi-platform promotional and marketing campaigns for Disney's direct-to-consumer and networks portfolio, with a strong focus on Sport. This is a hands-on creative production role focused on short-form content, including promotional campaigns, trailers, social content, marketing assets and sports-related creative across digital, broadcast and social platforms. The role combines creative concept development, directing, editing oversight and end-to-end production to bring Disney stories to life for audiences across multiple channels. This role will support and work in conjunction with the Creative Manager/ Senior Manager, Creative.

This role will be based in one of our Nordic offices Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm, with an onsite presence on 4 days a week, and one day working from home. This is a fixed-term contract position until 31 January 2027.

What You Will Do

  • Produce and direct creative, innovative and engaging multi-platform promotional and marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on sport-focused content

  • Concept, pitch and develop 360 campaigns, including scripting, storyboarding, creating briefs and overseeing edits, shoots, voiceovers and GFX design across digital, broadcast and social channels

  • Act as creative lead on assigned briefs, partnering with Marketing and other departments to interpret insights, develop ideas and deliver best-in-class assets that meet brand and business objectives

  • Own end-to-end project management of assigned campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, workflow, stakeholder alignment and regular communication from concept through delivery

  • Produce both original and repurposed creative, continuously exploring new multi-platform solutions to support relevant brands and audiences

  • Translate, localise and write copy and scripts for static and AV marketing assets in Nordic languages, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency with brand tone of voice

  • Ensure all work complies with Disney standards and practices, legal and financial procedures and relevant brand style guides, while guiding colleagues and external partners on their effective application

  • Collaborate closely with editors, designers, production coordinators and external agencies, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive, can-do team environment

  • Attend branding, ratings, research and creative meetings, sharing ideas and providing guidance on creative solutions that address audience insights and performance findings

  •  Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards, attention to detail and on-time deliver

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience producing 360 campaigns and content at a Creative Producer level across multiple platforms, including digital and broadcast

  • Proven experience developing digital content and multi-platform promotional and marketing assets for multiple media and platforms

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-type environment within the streaming, broadcast or sports media industry, with a focus on creating short-form promotional, marketing and multi-platform content

  • Proven hands-on experience across all key production techniques, including pitching, storyboarding, scripting, creating briefs, editing, DV camera work and directing voiceovers, shoots and GFX

  • Strong portfolio of promotional and marketing content, including brand, social, performance and direct response work

  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages, ideally at native level

  • Excellent creative writing skills and ability to craft clear, engaging copy and scripts for static and AV assets

  • Solid hands-on editing skills using Adobe Premiere and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for creating basic GFX, mocks and templates

  • Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage the needs of diverse partners and resolve conflicts constructively

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, high-quality work, manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing promotional, marketing or short-form content within sports media, broadcasting or related environments is highly desirable

  • Experience in supporting multi-language workflows
