  • Act as approver for critical Cash & Banking activities within LATAM & US, ensuring compliance with corporate treasury policies and internal controls.
  • Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and Central Bank regulations, ensuring compliance in all transactions and adapting processes as needed.
  • Function as escalation point for complex transactions, intercompany settlements, exceptions, and high-risk payment scenarios, providing effective solutions and guidance.
  • Guarantee adherence to internal controls, audit standards, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention measures across cash & banking and PTP processes.
  • Operate as a business partner to Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and enabling collaborative decision-making.
  • Serve as BTA custodian and manage Accounts Payable PCARD for special approved cases, ensuring accurate reconciliation and expense recording in SAP.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance, proactively escalating risks and recommending improvements to processes and controls.
  • Lead ad hoc Procure-to-Pay (PTP) projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements, process improvements, and data analytics initiatives.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay, General Accounting, Cash & Banking, Treasury, or similar finance operations roles, preferably within large-scale, multinational environments.
  • Strong Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and finance knowledge, including experience with cash & banking operations and payment processes.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and metrics, with data analytics capabilities to evaluate solution alternatives and support decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Coupa or similar ERP and PTP systems, including payment processing and expense recording.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business issues, explain difficult concepts, and frame solutions to stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client service relationships, partnering across functions and regions.
  • Self-driven, independent thinker with strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
