Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI au sein de nos locaux à Paris, avenue Kleber avec la possibilité de travailler 1 jour par semaine en télétravail.
A propos du poste:
Intégré.e au sein de notre régie publicitaire digitale, au sein de l’équipe commerciale, vous serez en charge de la commercialisation de l’offre publicitaire de notre plateforme de streaming Disney+, ainsi que de tout l’écosystème digital des marques opérées par The Walt Disney Company en France (YouTube, Social Media, site web.) afin de développer les revenus publicitaires de votre portefeuille. Vous serez plus particulièrement en charge de la relation opérationnelle avec les agences média, ainsi que de la mise en œuvre des propositions commerciales et du suivi des campagnes publicitaire
Vous pourrez également être amené.e développer et à fidéliser les agences media qui pourraient vous être confiées, sous la responsabilité d’un Responsable Commercial.
Vos missions:
- Assurer le suivi opérationnel des campagnes en étroite collaboration en interne avec les Responsables Commerciaux, les équipes Client Services/Ad Opérations : Réponse aux briefs entrants, élaboration et mise en œuvre des propositions commerciales, suivi opérationnel des campagnes classiques et sponsoring.
- Soutenir les Responsables Commerciaux dans les process administratifs : création de compte clients, credit check, reporting financier) liés aux campagnes publicitaires, en étroite collaboration avec le service finance.
- Veiller à la bonne exécution des campagnes et présenter des rapports réguliers sur les performances et les résultats aux agences.
- Participer à l’élaboration des approches commerciales efficaces et créatives.
- Soutenir les Responsables Commerciaux dans la construction et la fidélisation de la relation avec nos agences media partenaires en comprenant leurs besoins, en fournissant des solutions adaptées et en entretenant une relation de proximité grâce à une forte présence terrain.
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les retours des agences afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes : marketing media, marketing digital, productions originales, finance ….
- Promouvoir nos nouvelles offres digitales auprès du marché publicitaire digital
Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne avec :
- une formation commerciale,
- une première expérience significative dans un poste équivalent dans la vente d’espace publicitaire digital en régie publicitaire de plateforme de streaming (Prime Video, Netflix, Deezer…) ou en agence idéalement dans le secteur des media.
- de très bonnes aptitudes en vente et négociation commerciale.
- un excellent relationnel aussi bien en interne qu’en externe, rigoureuse, curieuse, créative, polyvalente.
- une très bonne connaissances des outils et indicateurs digitaux (gré à gré et programmatique)
- à l’aise dans un univers complexe, changeant et international.
- sachant travailler aussi bien en français qu’en anglais.
- avec un fort intérêt pour l’univers des médias digitaux, les plateformes AVOD et SVOD et les nouvelles technologies.
- un réel intérêt pour les contenus : films, séries, documentaires et en consommez régulièrement.
