Vos principales missions seront :
Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) de Direction pour accompagner le Vice-Président Productions Originales ainsi que la Directrice des Acquisitions, du Content Planning et des chaînes TV dans l’ensemble de leurs activités quotidiennes, notamment la gestion des agendas, le traitement des notes de frais, la réservation de restaurants, l’organisation des déplacements professionnels, la préparation de présentations, la rédaction de comptes rendus de réunions ainsi que le support administratif général.
Véritable partenaire de confiance, vous apporterez également un soutien administratif à l’ensemble de l’équipe lorsque cela est nécessaire.
Vos missions
Au sein de l'équipe, vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités de :
- Assurer un support complet auprès de vos responsables, incluant le filtrage des appels, l’organisation des déplacements professionnels, la gestion de multiples agendas et plannings, le suivi et le traitement des notes de frais, le suivi de projets ainsi que la réalisation de missions ponctuelles à la demande.
- L’organisation des réunions externes, événements d’équipe, ateliers et séminaires, notamment en coordonnant les lieux, la restauration et la logistique, tout en veillant au respect des politiques internes et des budgets définis.
- La préparation des présentations PowerPoint et Keynote en collaboration avec les départements concernés.
- La gestion de l’ensemble du processus de création et de suivi des bons de commande (Purchase Orders – PO).
- D’assurer la liaison avec le bureau régional basé à Londres afin de coordonner les déplacements professionnels et les réunions.
- La préparation des comptes rendus de réunions ainsi que les rapports destinés aux différents comités.
- La réalisation, selon les besoins, des traductions de l’anglais vers le français et du français vers l’anglais.
Profil recherché
- Au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions de support de direction ou d’assistanat de haut niveau, idéalement dans l’industrie du divertissement ou, plus largement, dans un environnement orienté services.
- Maîtrise courante de l’anglais et du français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ainsi que des outils de gestion et de suivi des notes de frais.

- Motivation à évoluer et à se développer au sein d’un environnement dynamique, exigeant et en constante évolution.
- Ouverture d’esprit, sens de la discrétion et solides compétences d’organisation et de coordination.
