Job Summary:

Avec ses 7 hôtels thématisés, Disneyland® Paris offre à ses visiteurs une expérience unique, alliant immersion, confort et excellence de service. Nos établissements, allant du 2* au 5*, proposent des univers variés et enchanteurs, des chambres élégantes aux espaces communs immersifs (restaurants, bars, boutiques, piscines, spas…).

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons nos futurs leaders pour accompagner nos équipes et garantir une expérience inoubliable à nos visiteurs.

Votre rôle :

En tant qu’Assistant(e) du Chef(fe) Réception, vous êtes le garant de l’accueil et du service premium offert à nos clients. Vous encadrez, accompagnez et développez votre équipe, tout en veillant au respect des standards Disney et à la satisfaction client. Vous coordonnez les opérations quotidiennes, anticipez les besoins et contribuez activement aux projets de votre secteur.

Votre profil :

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 6 ans en hébergement, dont 4 ans minimum comme Chef(fe) Réception/Assistant(e) Chef(fe) Réception.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais (niveau C1) et idéalement une troisième langue européenne (niveau B1).
  • Vous avez évolué dans des établissements 3 à 5 étoiles, de 400 à 500 chambres idéalement.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.

  • Vous vous démarquez par votre aisance relationnelle et une communication fluide (verbale et écrite).
  • Structuré(e) et organisé(e), vous savez fédérer, accompagner et développer une équipe.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition, orienté(e) solutions et adaptable à un environnement en constante évolution.
  • L’excellence de service et la satisfaction client sont au cœur de vos priorités.
  • Vous êtes flexible sur les horaires et jours de travail pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations (disponibilité comprise entre 7h00 et 1h00 du matin).
