Team Description:

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is responsible for driving the successful adoption, communication, and behavioral change required to implement IAM capabilities across the enterprise. We ensure that identity transformations are understood, embraced, and effectively utilized by business and technical stakeholders, enabling secure access practices at scale without disrupting operations.

Our mission is to shift IAM initiatives from purely technical deployments to fully adopted, business-integrated capabilities—embedding clear communication, stakeholder alignment, training, and user readiness into every change. We partner closely with security, engineering, and business teams to reduce resistance, accelerate adoption, and ensure IAM controls are not only deployed, but consistently used and sustained across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

As the Lead Organizational Change Management Analyst, you will:

Change Impact Assessment & Planning 

  • Lead stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses for IAM initiatives and projects.​Identify impacted audiences, business processes, risks, and readiness considerations across the organization.​  

  • Lead organizational readiness assessments and recommend targeted interventions to improve adoption.

  • Partner with project managers and product teams to integrate change activities into overall delivery plans.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans aligned to project objectives and timelines.  

    Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness 

    • Partner with business leaders, IAM product owners, and project teams to understand organizational impacts and adoption challenges. 

    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and change champions across business and technology functions. 

    • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and support decision-making. 

    • Monitor stakeholder sentiment and proactively address areas of resistance or concern. 

    • Support executive sponsors by providing guidance, messaging, and engagement strategies. 

    Communications & Adoption Support 

    • Develop and execute communication strategies that clearly articulate IAM-related changes, benefits, and expectations. 

    • Collaborate with communications specialists and content creators to produce user-focused messaging and adoption materials. 

    • Support the development of FAQs, job aids, quick reference guides, training materials, and knowledge articles. 

    • Ensure communications are timely, consistent, and tailored to various audience groups. 

    • Create presentations and executive-ready materials to support change readiness and adoption efforts. 

    Training & Organizational Readiness 

    • Partner with training teams and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and support training development. 

    • Lead training readiness activities and support delivery of IAM-related learning experiences. 

    • Lead in developing reinforcement strategies to sustain behavioral change following implementation. 

    • Track training participation, readiness metrics, and adoption indicators. 

    • Support development and execution of change champion and stakeholder enablement programs. 

    Adoption Measurement & Continuous Improvement 

    • Define and monitor change management success metrics, including adoption, engagement, and readiness indicators. 

    • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end users to identify improvement opportunities. 

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, IT Change Management, Program Delivery, or related disciplines.

    • Strong experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

    • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks.

    • Experience developing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and adoption roadmaps.

    • Demonstrated success driving adoption and organizational readiness across complex enterprise environments.

    • PMP certification or equivalent project delivery experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or enterprise technology programs. 

    • Familiarity with IAM concepts such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Governance, Access Provisioning, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Lifecycle Management. 

    • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent OCM certification. 

    • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or product-based delivery models. 

    • Experience with stakeholder analysis, organizational readiness assessments, and adoption measurement frameworks. 

    • Familiarity with collaboration and content management platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, or similar tools. 

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field


    The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $148,300 - $198,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
