  • Present performance test data and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Align testing efforts with platform architecture and cross-functional delivery goals.

  • At least 1 year of experience testing end-user facing applications.

  • Conceptual understanding of software development practices and procedures.

  • Experience with REST API testing and performance modelling.

  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.

  • Results-driven and metrics-focused.

  • Creative problem-solving and innovation mindset.

  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.

  • Professional excellence and commitment to continuous improvement.

Decision-Making & Supervision

  • Operates with minimal supervision and moderate autonomy.

  • Receives short- and mid-term assignments and manages own workload.
