本ポジションは、日本市場におけるディズニーストア（実店舗・オンライン）のブランド価値とビジネス成長を推進するポジションです。
マーケティング戦略の立案・実行をリードするとともに、チームを率いながら、魅力あるゲスト体験の創出に貢献していただきます。

職務内容:

  • ブランド / 商品 / 店舗 / ポップアップストアのマーケティング活動の企画立案・実行（PR、広告、イベント、店頭プロモーション、デジタルプロモーション等）
  • ディズニー事業全体（映画・ゲーム・TV等）の活動を把握し、ストアビジネスにおけるクロスファンクション施策の企画立案・実行
  • 店舗 / オンラインストアへの相互集客施策の企画立案・実行
  • 企画立案内容に基づくクオリティ高いアウトプットのためのマネージメント
  • マーケット/顧客調査の企画立案・実行、及び関連部署との連携
  • 部署内チームマネージメント

必須条件:

  • 一般消費財マーケティングおよび、ECマーケティング経験5年以上
  • マーケティング活動のスケジュール・予算管理、及び販売促進ツールの企画立案・制作経験
  • 広告素材（動画、静止画）制作、および消費者向けイベントの企画立案・実行経験
  • デジタルプロモーションの企画立案・実行経験
  • マイクロソフトワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・Outlookのスキル

Preferred Skills:   

  • 小売業でのマーケティング、販売促進企画経験
  • マーケット/顧客調査企画設計・分析スキル
  • チームマネージメントの経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（メール・電話・会話）

Competencies:

  • 社内外の様々なステークホルダーに対し、コミュニケーションが円滑・効率的でありチームワーカーであること
  • ビジネス目標を達成するために、リーダーシップをもって自発的に考え、迅速に行動できること
