About the Role 

The Associate Talent & Growth Consultant is an early-career learning operations and client support professional who helps deliver high-quality employee experiences across Disney Entertainment Television. 

In this role, you will apply growing expertise in learning operations, systems, facilitation, and program coordination to support employees, leaders, and People & Culture partners. You operate as a reliable problem-solver and independent contributor, ensuring seamless delivery of Talent & Growth offerings while keeping the learner experience at the center of your work. 

This role balances operational execution, program coordination, learning systems administration, and facilitation support across multiple concurrent initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

Learning Operations & Program Delivery 

  • Administer shared learning inbox processes by routing inquiries, responding to routine requests, and escalating complex issues as appropriate. 
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, communications, and materials for orientation and learning programs. 
  • Support delivery of segment learning initiatives, which may include People Leader Onboarding, Disney Leadership Essentials, BetterUp Coaching, and other Talent & Growth offerings. 
  • Update project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, and readiness checklists using established tools and templates. 
  • Track assigned deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; flag risks, issues, or delays to senior team members when needed. 
  • Maintain organized program documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and appropriate version control. 

Facilitation & Learning Experience Support 

  • Support delivery of in-person and virtual learning experiences by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and managing participant communications. 
  • Facilitate portions of learning experiences and support session flow under established program standards. 
  • Serve as a virtual session support partner by monitoring attendance, chat, technology needs, and participant experience. 
  • Prepare run-of-show materials, facilitator resources, and session readiness checklists using established templates. 
  • Build foundational facilitation capability through preparation, observation, feedback, and co-facilitation opportunities. 

Learning Systems & Technology 

  • Administer D Learn processes and activities using established procedures and guidance. 
  • Create and maintain class offerings, enrollment records, attendance data, and completion tracking. 
  • Troubleshoot routine learner and stakeholder questions and escalate more complex system issues as appropriate. 
  • Support participation, completion, and compliance reporting in partnership with People & Culture partners and senior team members. 
  • Apply basic AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and the learning experience. 

Communications, Engagement & Content Management 

  • Prepare and distribute learning communications using approved templates, timing, and processes. 
  • Support development and distribution of program materials, announcements, surveys, evaluations, and learning promotions. 
  • Maintain learning calendars, event listings, recordings, and employee-facing resources to support awareness and engagement. 
  • Update SharePoint sites and learning content repositories to keep information accurate, accessible, and current. 
  • Coordinate with Communications partners as directed to support segment learning visibility and employee engagement. 

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement 

  • Update and maintain standard reports and dashboards using established templates and reporting processes. 
  • Support data collection, auditing, validation, and documentation for Talent & Growth programs. 
  • Track participation, completion, engagement, and other program metrics to support team visibility and planning. 
  • Assist with annual and quarterly reporting activities through data gathering, documentation, and analysis support. 
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and participant experience while following established processes. 

Team Operations & Administrative Support 

  • Maintain team documentation, resource libraries, templates, collaboration sites, and shared materials. 
  • Coordinate office logistics, workshop materials, supplies, and administrative support activities. 
  • Support administration of talent-related tools and data collection processes, including coordination, tracking, and stakeholder follow-up. 
  • Organize and maintain team resources to promote consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across Talent & Growth programs. 
  • Model a collaborative, service-oriented partnership approach and contribute to a positive team environment. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in learning support, program coordination, operations, administrative support, or related experience. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. 
  • Ability to follow established processes, use templates and tools, and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to employee and stakeholder support. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. 
  • Comfort with learning enterprise systems, learning platforms, and new technologies that support operational efficiency. 
  • Interest in learning operations, talent development, project coordination, or employee experience. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting meetings, workshops, training programs, orientation, onboarding, or employee events. 
  • Exposure to Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, or shared services environments. 
  • Familiarity with learning management systems or enterprise learning platforms. 
  • Experience working with templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, project tracking tools, or shared documentation sites. 
  • Coursework or certification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $71,700.00 to $87,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
