Job Summary:

B2B Trade Marketing & Partner Engagement (Italy) – Disney Destinations

Joining our talented team in MILAN, ITALY, you will bring Disney Destinations to life for Italy’s travel trade community. You will lead the local implementation of business-to-business initiatives that train, activate, engage and reward trade partners and travel agencies—helping them confidently promote and sell our Cruise Line, Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with central and local Disney teams, the Disney field sales team, and trusted external suppliers.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days per week in the office, and one day working from home (Monday or Friday).

You will partner day-to-day with local sales leadership to translate national business-to-business strategy into standout training, activation and engagement programmes, including:

  • Supporting key accounts and field sales to identify training needs and plan engagement activity (for example: local events, familiarisation trips, fairs) and define reward programmes (for example: tactical incentive plans and special partner projects).

  • Creating, producing and coordinating the delivery of communication assets, presentations and supporting materials for local trade initiatives, including managing external suppliers.

  • Organising local trade events (such as in-person training sessions and annual partner sales meetings) and Disney Destinations experiences (such as familiarisation trips and ship tours).

  • Developing content for business-to-business digital touchpoints, including local social media channels and Disney sales platforms.

  • Working closely with central teams to adapt and implement business-to-business assets created for multiple markets.

  • Participating in sales presentations, training sessions, fairs and roadshows to support partner engagement.

  • Monitoring the local sales budget and keeping reporting tools up to date.

  • Benchmarking best practices and emerging trends across the tourism and retail sectors to keep programmes fresh and effective.

What we’re looking for

  • Relevant experience within a retail environment; experience in the tourism sector is an advantage.

  • Understanding of retail and trade dynamics, with a commercial mindset and confidence working with sales teams and partners.

  • Experience coordinating events and managing multiple projects, timelines and suppliers.

  • Passion for innovation and creativity in communication, with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong business acumen, able to balance partner needs with commercial priorities.

  • Collaborative working style and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

  • Comfortable creating engaging training and activation content and delivering it across a variety of channels.

  • Available for occasional European travel to meet with internal and external stakeholders

  • High school diploma or university degree (a tourism-related degree is helpful).

  • Fluent Italian and fluent English; French is desirable.
