Zur Verstärkung unseres Münchener Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Programmatic Manager (m/w/d), der unser digitales Werbegeschäft für unseren Streamingdienst Disney+ auf das nächste Level hebt.

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, an 4 Tagen pro Woche aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten, mit Homeoffice als Möglichkeit am Montag oder Freitag. Der Stelleneinstieg ist ab Januar 2027.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen: 

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des „Programmatic Business“ sowie Identifikation, Konzeption und operativer Betrieb von Kooperationen mit Marktpartnern (Agenturen, inkl. DSPs/DSP-Akquise)  

  • Entwicklung und Pflege eines holistischen Programmatic Yield Setups zur optimalen Aussteuerung der I/O- und Programmaticnachfrage und -kapitalisierung  

  • Aufbau und Pflege relevanter Kunden- & Agenturbeziehungen durch Beratung zu programmatischen Best Practices 

  • Verhandlung und Steuerung der programmatischen Werbebudgets sowie E2E-Umsetzung programmatischer Werbekampagnen (inkl. Deal-Anlage in der SSP, Prüfung/Freigabe von Creatives und Trackings)  

  • Kampagnen-Monitoring inkl. Optimierung/Trouble-Shooting, Kampagnenanalyse und Auswertung (inkl. Ad-Server/SSP -und KPI-Reports) sowie SSPs-Steuerung und Optimierung 

  • Analyse und Kontrolle der programmatischen Digitalumsätze und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Programmatic Price-Managements 

  • Teamleitung und Entwicklung des Programmatic Sales Teams 

 

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen: 

  • Signifikante Sales-Erfahrungen und/oder im Bereich der kaufmännischen und technischen Abwicklung von Online-Werbekampagnen, idealerweise in einer Mediaagentur oder bei einem TV- und/oder Digital-Vermarkter  

  • Umfangreiches Verständnis der programmatischen Anforderungen von Werbungtreibenden und Agenturen 

  • Erfahrung mit AdServer-System (idealerweise FreeWheel, GAM, etc.) sowie weitreichende systemische und technologische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen für Anlage, Abwicklung und Monitoring von programmatischen Kampagnen 

  • Starke Networking-Skills und etablierte Beziehungen zu Digitalagenturen/-kunden und programmatischen Marktteilnehmern  

  • Hohes kommerzielles Verständnis für die Digital-Vermarktung sowie ein tiefgründiges Verständnis von programmatischen Verkaufsansätzen  

  • Umfangreiches Know-How innerhalb des Programmatic Ökosystems (DSP, SSP, DMP, etc.) sowie eine hohe Affinität zu technologischen und systemischen Lösungen und Anwendungen für das Set-up programmatischer Kampagnen  

  • Bereitschaft, neue und innovative Wege in der Werbevermarktung mitzugestalten und ein neues Team aufzubauen 

  • Umfassende Verkaufs-, Beratungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz gepaart mit sehr guten Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfährigkeiten 

  • Sehr hohe Kompetenz im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen, vorallem mit Excel  

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntisse
