Job Summary:

Zur Verstärkung unseres PR Teams mit Sitz in München suchen wir ab sofort eine/n  PR Speciallist (w/m/d) in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche). In dieser anspruchsvollen und spannenden Position bist Du als Teil des integrierten PR-Teams schwerpunktpunktmäßig für den PR-Bereich der Disney Channels (Disney Channel, National Geographic & National Geographic WILD) verantwortlich. 

 

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten. Diese Stelle ist bis Februar 2029 befristet. Der interne Stellentitel lautet PR Supervisor.  

 

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen: 

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von umfangreichen PR-Kampagnen für die Disney Channels in Deutschland 

  • Koordination und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und anderen externen Dienstleistern 

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von lokalen PR-Kampagnen 

  • Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von PR-Events wie beispielsweise Press Junkets, Talent-Visits oder Presse-Konferenzen 

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Marketing- und Programm-Teams  

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem UK-Team 

  • Erstellung von umfangreichem Pressematerial, wie beispielsweise Pressemitteilungen, Newsletter, Pressemappen, Mailings, Features etc. 

  • Ansprechpartner für Presseanfragen 

  • Verfassen von umfangreichen Updates und Reportings  

 

 

Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten: 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Public Relations, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung 

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich PR, idealerweise gesammelt in der TV oder Medienindustrie 

  • Ausgezeichnete sprachliche Fähigkeiten (schriftlich und mündlich) in Deutsch und Englisch 

  • Kooperative und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe 

  • Etablierte Beziehungen zu Medienvertretern (Offline und Online) 

  • Erfahren in der Kommunikation und Koordination externer PR Agenturen 

  • Starke verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 

  • Teamplayer - positiv und proaktiv 

  • Starke Multitasking-Fähigkeit mit einem hohen Maß an Detailgenauigkeit: Verwaltung mehrerer Projekte und Kampagnen zur gleichen Zeit 

  • Fähigkeit, sich in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zurechtzufinden 

  • Sicheren Umgang mit den gängiger Office Software
