Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI au sein de nos locaux à Paris, avenue Kleber avec la possibilité de travailler 1 jour par semaine en télétravail.

A propos du poste

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice de la Régie publicitaire et intégré.e au sein du pôle Ad Sales, vous piloterez la croissance du chiffre d’affaires de votre portefeuille de clients annonceurs.

Pour cela vous activerez l’ensemble des leviers de croissance de la régie publicitaire de notre plateforme de streaming Disney+ en France.

Vos missions

Vous construisez et entretenez une relation de confiance solide avec votre portefeuille d’annonceurs afin de leur faire connaître notre offre ainsi que tout l’éventail des possibles pour collaborer avec nous.


Pour cela, votre rôle sera de : 

  • Développer des relations de confiance et privilégiée avec les interlocuteurs seniors de vos clients (Directeurs Marketing, Directeurs des Marques, de la Stratégie…)
  • Déployer une stratégie commerciale proactive, structurée par secteurs d’activité.
  • Développer et structurer l’écosystème commercial Disney+, en élargissant l’offre au-delà des plans médias classiques : formats créatifs innovants, sponsoring, opérations spéciales et activations à fort impact.
  • Assurer une coordination étroite avec les équipes commerciales Disney, les équipes DCP et les équipes Brand Partnerships afin de garantir une approche marché cohérente, un ownership claire des comptes et une exécution commerciale optimale.

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne avec :

  •   au moins 10 à 15 ans d’expérience au sein d’une régie publicitaire digitale, avec une expertise confirmée ou dominante auprès de clients annonceurs vs agences.
  • une connaissance approfondie de l’écosystème des médias digitaux, en particulier du secteur CTV (Connected TV).
  •   un réseau solide de contacts professionnels sur le marché de la publicité en France.
  • Ayant démontré sa capacité à développer le chiffre d’affaires et à construire des partenariats durables avec ses clients.
  •   avec une expérience significative dans la vente de solutions publicitaires auprès d’annonceurs et d’agences, à un niveau décisionnel (management / direction).
  •   qui fait preuve d’excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  •   qui sait fédérer, motiver et développer une équipe dans un environnement exigeant.
  •   à l’aise dans un contexte complexe, en constante évolution et international.
  •   une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  •   et portant un intérêt marqué pour les contenus en général y compris les contenus Disney+ (films, séries et documentaires) et qui les consomme régulièrement.
