CDI - Chargé du Services Client Opérations H/F
Job Summary:
The Walt Disney Company, leader mondial du divertissement familial, recherche un(e) Client Services Ad Operations Coordinator pour rejoindre l’équipe en charge de la planification, de l’exécution et de l’optimisation des campagnes publicitaires diffusées sur Disney+ ainsi que sur nos autres supports digitaux tels que nos sites web, applications et réseaux sociaux.

Le poste est basé dans nos bureaux du 16e arrondissement de Paris avec la possibilite de travaille jusqu'a un jour de teletravail par semaine.
A propos du role :
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de l’équipe Client Services Ad Opérations France, vous serez un des référents opérations internes et externes.
Vous aurez la charge de la planification et de l'exécution des éléments opérationnels des campagnes publicitaires vendues par l'équipe commerciale : de la pré-vente et la planification média, à la mise en place, l'analyse, l'optimisation, le reporting jusqu’à la facturation des campagnes. Une attention particulière sera accordée à la publicité vidéo au sein de notre produit phare, Disney+, ainsi qu'aux autres media digitaux: sites web, apps et réseaux sociaux.
Votre rôle
- Vous serez le binôme du commercial ad sales dédié et le contact privilégie de son ou ses agences/clients à chaque étape du cycle de vie de la campagne : de la planification à la facturation.
- Vous serez en charge de l’exécution des campagnes et de la livraison réussie des plans media afin d’optimiser le revenu, répondre aux objectifs des clients et les fidéliser.
- Vous serez capables de réaliser toutes les taches liées à la livraison des campagnes, et plus particulièrement sur les sujets liés à l’inventaire, à la création des plans media, au trafficking, à l’optimisation, reporting et à la facturation
- Vous serez capables de répondre à toutes les questions relatives à l’exécution des campagnes.
- Vous saurez résoudre les problèmes liés à la livraison, à la qualité des publicité et aux problèmes techniques, tout cela en lien avec le support des Ad Plateformes du groupe.
- Vous participerez à l’amélioration des process opérationnels afin d’augmenter la qualité et l’efficacité.
- Vous mettrez à jour les documents internes afin d’expliquer les process et les best practices
- Vous collaborez quotidiennement avec l’équipe Ad Ops de notre bureau régional à Londres.
- Vous entretiendrez une compréhension solide des outils ad tech et de notre orientation stratégique et pouvez aider ponctuellement votre responsable sur certains types de missions.
Ce que vous apporterez
- Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur publicitaire, en agence, en régie publicitaire ou au sein d’un service ad tech
- Une maîtrise du planning, du trafficking et de la gestion de campagnes media pour le display, la vidéo pour des plateformes, des sites webs, des apps, l’environnement des TV connectées ou des réseaux sociaux
- Vous savez démontrer une certaine capacité dans l’activation de campagnes, en fournissant des informations précises et pertinentes afin d’optimiser les performances
- Vous avez une compréhension solide de l’univers du programmatique, que ce soit via les plateformes d’achat que la data
- Vous êtes familiers sur les sujets de protection de données et de confidentialité propres à la publicité digitale.
- Votre expérience dans l’environnement Media/divertissement et un plus ainsi que votre connaissance des process au sein d’un groupe international

- Vous êtes une personne motivée, orientée solution et vous savez porter une attention particulière aux détails. Vous êtes organisée et savez gérer plusieurs projets en même temps.
- Vous êtes aussi bien à l’aise en français qu’en anglais
- Vous portez un intérêt pour les contenus (séries, documentaires, films) proposés par notre plateforme et nos concurrents.
