O Programa Jovem Aprendiz da The Walt Disney Company Brasil oferece uma oportunidade única para jovens talentosos ingressarem em nossa equipe.

Com duração de 15 meses, o programa combina aprendizado teórico e prático para proporcionar uma experiência enriquecedora e preparar os participantes para uma carreira de sucesso.

Regulamentado pela Lei da Aprendizagem (Lei nº 10.097/2000), o programa tem como objetivo principal promover a inserção de jovens no mercado de trabalho, proporcionando oportunidades de aprendizado prático e teórico.

A lei determina que empresas de médio e grande porte devem contratar jovens garantindo a eles acesso à educação técnico-profissional, compatível com o seu desenvolvimento físico, moral e psicológico. Essa iniciativa visa não apenas oferecer uma formação profissional de qualidade, mas também contribuir para a redução da evasão escolar e para a preparação dos jovens para o mercado de trabalho, fomentando assim o desenvolvimento econômico e social do país. Responsabilidades:

  • Participar de treinamentos teóricos e práticos para desenvolver habilidades profissionais.
  • Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares em projetos emocionantes e desafiadores.
  • Aprender com profissionais experientes e mentores dedicados.
  • Contribuir para a cultura de inovação e excelência da Disney.

Atividades:

  • Administração e Coordenação: Organização de processos administrativos, gestão de planilhas além de coordenação de ações e processos financeiros.
  • Comunicação e Apresentações: Desenvolvimento de apresentações em Power Point ou Keynote e comunicações de newsletter para público interno e clientes.
  • Suporte Legal e Financeiro: Elaboração de contratos, gestão de POs (Ordem de Compra), GRs e pagamentos, e controle de planilha.

Requisitos:

  • Idade entre 18 e 24 anos. *Não há limite de idade para pessoas com deficiência
  • Ensino médio completo ou cursando, ou ensino superior em andamento.
  • Conhecimento básico em Microsoft Office.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em São Paulo, Brasil.
  • Disponibilidade para carga horária de 30 horas semanais. *Para quem atuar com esportes, é importante ter flexibilidade para participar de coberturas e eventos que podem acontecer aos finais de semana, com acompanhamento e orientação da liderança.

Cronograma do Programa:

  • Setembro: Inscrições e revisão de requisitos mínimos.
  • Outubro: Etapa de avaliação e dinâmicas em grupo
  • Novembro: Entrevistas individuais com gestores.
  • Início do programa em Janeiro.
