About the Role & Team
The Senior Finance Analyst will support all key financial cycles across Spain and Portugal, consolidating and analysing financial data, and providing financial and business partnering support across multiple Lines of Business. The SFA will also contribute to the implementation of process efficiencies, including the application of AI‑enabled tools and Power BI, operating with a high degree of autonomy.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
Lead financial reporting, forecasting and P&L variance analysis, delivering quantitative results supported by clear qualitative insights for the Finance Director and senior business stakeholders.
Support all key financial cycles across Spain and Portugal, including strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, in close coordination with all Lines of Business.
Consolidate financials across all reporting cycles and prepare high‑quality management presentations.
Ensure timely and accurate quarterly reporting, in full compliance with regional reporting calendars and deadlines.
Oversee quarterly close activities, validating SAP postings in line with Controllership guidance and ensuring accuracy and completeness of P&L data.
Provide continuous visibility to the Finance Director on booking status, including tracking accruals and ensuring full P&L completeness.
Act as a key coordination point with Finance, LOBs and other departments, ensuring timely collection, validation and alignment of financial inputs.
Prepare executive‑level financial reports and presentations for the Finance Director and local General Manager, delivering clear insights, recommendations and project follow‑up.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics
Advanced Excel proficiency
Power BI proficiency
Microsoft Office skills
Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken
Spanish is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance within a multinational environment.
Proven experience in Financial Planning or FP&A functions, with direct exposure to senior leadership, including reporting to a Finance Director and/or CFO
Experience supporting Financial Planning and/or Business Development activities within large multinational organizations is considered a strong plus
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a structured, data‑driven and results‑oriented approach
Business partnering mindset, with the ability to understand commercial drivers and support decision‑making with actionable insights
Problem‑solving capabilities, able to identify issues, assess risks and propose pragmatic, value‑adding solutions
Advanced digital and analytical skills, including working knowledge of AI‑enabled tools, data analytics and visualization platforms such as Power BI to enhance insight generation and efficiency
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial topics to diverse audiences
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels, fostering alignment and cross‑functional support
Resilience and ability to perform under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Adaptability and flexibility, with a positive mindset towards change and continuous improvement
