Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including scripted and unscripted development sessions, greenlight meetings, and pitch meetings

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, talent, and external partners
High level of discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism when handling confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Concur or similar expense/travel platforms a plus
Strong calendar management skills, including experience coordinating across multiple time zones
