How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards is an experienced individual contributor within the Human Resources function, responsible for the execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs at the country level. This role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, legal compliance, and operational excellence.
This position combines strong technical expertise and analytical capability with hands‑on ownership of core Total Rewards processes. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and regional Total Rewards teams, contributing data‑driven insights and recommendations while operating within established global frameworks and governance.
The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards will be responsible for:
Supporting the planning and execution of annual merit increase, annual bonus, and long‑term incentive (LTI) processes.
Preparing payroll analyses, market comparisons, and cost simulations to support review cycles and off‑cycle decisions.
Evaluating and recommending salary offers for internal moves and external hires, ensuring alignment with approved salary structures and internal equity guidelines.
Supporting the maintenance and application of salary structures, incentive plans, and variable compensation programs, including internal financial analyses and benchmarking against external practices.
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation and benefits survey data, identifying trends, and supporting competitive positioning decisions.
Participating in job analysis and job evaluation processes.
Owning the day‑to‑day administration of employee benefits and wellness programs in Mexico, including health, life, dental, retirement, and savings plans, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless employee experience.
Acting as the primary operational contact for benefits vendors and third‑party administrators, monitoring service quality, resolving issues, and supporting renewals.
Supporting and executing benefits communication initiatives (campaigns, newsletters, digital materials) to increase employee awareness, understanding, and utilization.
Monitoring benefits budget execution and supporting forecasting and cost‑control activities.
Ensuring adherence to local labor legislation, internal governance policies, and pay equity requirements.
Monitoring regulatory changes, escalating potential impacts to leadership, and supporting the implementation of required adjustments.
Developing and maintaining advanced, formula‑driven and automated Excel models and dashboards to support compensation analysis, budgeting, and executive reporting.
Supporting the use or development of Power BI dashboards or similar tools for Total Rewards reporting and visualization.
Identifying opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate Total Rewards processes to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Providing technical guidance and analytical support to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation and benefits topics.
Responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries with accurate, timely, and well‑structured information.
Collaborating with regional (LATAM) and global Total Rewards teams, contributing insights and supporting cross‑country initiatives as required.
Proposing innovative ways to manage, systematize, and track key indicators and relevant data.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or similar roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
Upper-intermediate level of English is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula‑driven worksheets, data analysis, and dashboard development.
Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
Experience with or exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of Mexican labor and employment regulations, as well as compensation and benefits practices.
Working knowledge of People Analytics concepts and data‑driven HR insights.
Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
Consultative mindset with the ability to clearly explain data, insights, and recommendations.
Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently within defined frameworks.
Team‑oriented, curious, committed to continuous improvement, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a matrix and regional environment.
High standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.
