Job Requirements

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:  

Support the Fashion Design and Product Development team across Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Stationery, and Home categories through a combination of creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilities. 

The intern will assist with product approval processes and sample management, including artwork research, product library maintenance, market and competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and the development of creative and inspirational presentations. Responsibilities will also include organizing and tracking product samples, maintaining showroom and storage areas, supporting cross-functional projects, and providing assistance to the commercial team when required. All activities will be carried out under the guidance and supervision of the Design and Product Development team. 

The team needs support to ensure operational efficiency and maintain a high standard of service for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role will provide valuable support in managing the continuous flow of product samples received by the office, coordinating product approval activities, conducting artwork, market, and trend research, and assisting in the creation of product-focused and inspirational presentations. The position will also contribute to administrative and organizational tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic and business-critical initiatives while ensuring the timely delivery of day-to-day responsibilities. 

EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i.e. Personal Skills & Attributes): 

• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. User of AI image generation experience nice to have. 
• Office 356.

• Communicative skills. 
• Interest in the entertainment industry and consumer products, fashion and actual trends, product design, graphic design, fashion, and actual trends. 
• Social Media super user and passionate. 
• Knowledge and understanding in the Disney brands and affiliates. Disney fan 
• High level of English. 

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a proactive, creative and detail-oriented approach. They should demonstrate a strong interest in fashion, footwear, accessories, stationery and home trends for product development and visual storytelling, as well as a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, creative environment. Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing presentations and visual materials, is essential.
