Inspired by the emerging discipline of Workforce Intelligence, the role will transform external workforce signals, relevant internal workforce insights, competitive talent intelligence, skills insights, and AI-enabled analytics into strategic recommendations that shape how Disney competes for talent and plans for the workforce of the future.

As a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, the Senior Manager will influence enterprise decisions through workforce foresight, market intelligence, data-driven recommendations, and scalable intelligence products that enable leaders to move faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Workforce Intelligence as a critical enterprise capability that informs workforce, talent, and business decisions.
  • Build team capabilities, methodologies, governance, and best practices that elevate workforce intelligence beyond traditional labor market reporting.

Deliver Workforce Foresight and Competitive Intelligence

  • Partner with Decision Science teams to frame predictive models, workforce forecasts, scenario analyses, and prescriptive insights that support strategic workforce decisions.

Inform the Design of Workforce Intelligence Products

  • Define the business vision, priorities, and requirements for workforce intelligence products, self-service experiences, knowledge platforms, and intelligence delivery models, partnering with technical teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into product uses cases and requirements, analytical methodologies, user experiences, and success measures.
  • Collaborate with People Insights & Data Strategy, Workforce Transformation, data science, technology, and other cross-functional teams to build, implement, and scale designed solutions.
