You will have opportunity supporting Senior Licensing Sales Manager in managing Toys sales business across CEE Turkey Israel Greece & Africa region.
The role includes working across CEE, Turkey, Greece, Israel & Africa team supporting the Hardlines business mostly with toys category.

What You Will Do:
- Learn and understand the toys business across the region
- Gathering and aggregating information to share with wider EMEA team
- Support in presentation preparation
- Direct responsibility for specific business partners
- Support with data analysis, competitor analysis and category deep dives
- Support with licensee inclusion in DCP Signature Campaigns (product nominations, samples, information sharing)
- Keeping product catalogues up to date and handling sample requests
- Collating and sharing of information, such as consumer insights, franchise updates, content calendars.
- Administrative support for the team – managing meetings, agendas and capturing actions, store checks etc.
Required qualifications & skills:
- Good organization and dedication to work.
- Creativity and openness.
- People’s person, enjoying working with others.
- Very good English and Polish, both written & spoken.
- Interest in sales & marketing & retail/ or interest in licensing sales, entertainment and toys industry.
- Agility in Microsoft Excel and love for PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner, with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to priorities tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and support with category strategy.
- Nice to have: first experience in sales or marketing area.
Internship Requirements:
- Active student status or recently graduated
- Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)
- Must possess the right to work in Poland
