Club 33 Fine Dining Table Service Culinary Person - Part Time
Job Summary:
As a Club 33 Table Service Restaurant (TSR) Culinary Person, you will create a welcoming and personalized experience for our Guests in an elegant, fast-paced dining environment. In this role, you may work as a Podium Greeter or Seater/Setter, greeting and checking in Guests, managing seating arrangements, escorting Guests to their tables, presenting menus, and sharing restaurant information.
Club 33 Cast Members work exclusively at Club 33 and assist Guests and fellow Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and other information while providing exceptional Guest and Cast service.

Responsibilities:
The Club 33 Table Service Restaurant (TSR) Culinary Person greets and escorts Guests to their table, spieling to Guests while seating and presenting menus; also responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the area, maintains menu cleanliness, and monitor the restaurant lobby.
- Welcome and interact with Guests in a positive, professional, and friendly manner
- Greet and check in Guests and manage seating arrangements
- Assist Guests with directions, entertainment and event schedules, and other Resort information
- Set tables with the appropriate number of place settings
- Escort Guests to their tables while providing an appropriate spiel and presenting menus
- Support Guest flow at the restaurant entrance, podium, and lobby areas
- Retrieve highchairs and booster chairs for Guests as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the podium, menus, lobby, and surrounding areas
- Monitor and replenish supplies and complete assigned work as necessary
- Perform repetitive pushing and pulling, including pulling out chairs for Guests
- Respond to special requests and make independent decisions to support the Guest experience
- Maintain professionalism, confidence, poise, and positive energy in a fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Previous work experience in a table service restaurant
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to positively engage with Guests, fellow Cast Members, and Leadership
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for interacting with and assisting Guests, including responding to special requests
- Computer experience and technical proficiency with booking, changing, and updating reservations
- Ability to independently multitask in a fast-paced environment while accurately entering detailed information into a reservation system
- Ability to perform all job-related responsibilities in a cordial and friendly manner while exceeding Guest expectations
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
- Ability to remain professional, patient, positive, and confident in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions in support of our Guests
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs, work areas, conditions, and scheduled start or end times
- Ability to follow instructions, take direction, work with minimal supervision, and support fellow Cast Members
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Ability to maintain the integrity of the Disney brand and provide Guests with accurate Disneyland® Resort information
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to reporting for scheduled shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience; understanding of Table Service environment
- Previous host/hostess experience in fast-paced Fine Dining environment
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
- This role is Part Time. During non-peak seasons, it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events during non-peak seasons
- Full availability is required during our peak periods, including Summer, Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends
