Technicien(ne) de Maintenance Hôtel CDD - F/H/NB
Job Summary:
Disneyland Paris est la 1ère destination touristique Européenne, mais également un des plus grands pôles hôteliers de France.
Nous recherchons des Technicien(ne)s de Maintenance Hôtel F/H/NB en CDD.
Sous la responsabilité du Manager Maintenance et au sein de l'un de nos 7 hôtels, vous assurerez la maintenance préventive et corrective de toutes les zones de l'établissement, en réponse aux appels des clients internes et externes et ce appliquant la qualité de service que Disneyland a décidé d’offrir à nos visiteurs et en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos missions :
· Vous procédez aux opérations de maintenance de toutes les zones de l'hôtel dans le respect des procédures applicables (peinture, papier peint, placo etc…).
· Vous maintenez le matériel, les équipements et les structures de l'hôtel dans un état optimal de fonctionnement (intervention 1er niveau en électricité, plomberie, climatisation etc…).
· Vous exécutez les tâches de maintenance de l'hôtel dans le respect des procédures applicables.
· Vous appliquez les actions correctives immédiates de maintenance de l'hôtel, conformément aux instructions données dans le cadre de son emploi.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un BEP ou CAP maintenance, et vous avez idéalement une première expérience similaire dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie ou du bâtiment.
Vous savez organiser votre travail pour gérer plusieurs problématiques en même temps.
Vous parlez français couramment (C1) et vous avez idéalement quelques notions en anglais.
Vous êtes titulaire du permis B depuis plus de 2 ans (boîte manuelle).
