Au sein de l'équipe Digital Quality & Release Management, vous serez responsable de la conception, de l'implémentation et de la maintenance des tests d'automatisation pour l'ensemble des produits web et app de Disneyland Paris (sites e-commerce, mini-site événementiel, application mobile, etc.).

Dans un rôle fortement collaboratif, vous veillerez à ce que les stratégies de test et les plans de release répondent aux normes de qualité et aux standards de Disneyland Paris. L'équipe conçoit et développe des solutions de test manuelles et automatisées pour vérifier et valider la fonctionnalité, la performance et la fiabilité des systèmes logiciels critiques. Cela inclut la création de scripts, l'écriture et l'exécution de plans et de cas de test, ainsi qu'une collaboration étroite avec les équipes de développement pour optimiser les plans de test, les approches de performance et les stratégies de release.

 Vos missions :

  • Utiliser les processus d'automatisation existants ou en établir de nouveaux, mesurables et optimisables

  • Mettre en place et piloter la maintenance de l'automatisation afin de réduire les défaillances d'exécution

  • Exploiter des outils standard comme Jira et Xray pour planifier, exécuter et rendre compte des activités d'automatisation

  • Collaborer avec ses pairs pour améliorer le processus de développement de logiciels

  • Collaborer avec les responsables de la qualité pour développer la stratégie de test Agile (ATS) et les processus globaux de test

  • Identifier les défauts et trouver des solutions pour améliorer les procédures d’automatisation

  • Veiller à ce que les squads appliquent et suivent les meilleures pratiques pour prévenir les défauts

  • Assurer une veille technologique active

  • Concevoir, maintenir et faire évoluer la couverture de tests automatisés grâce au framework d’automatisation de tests propulsé par l’IA (GenAI)

  • Exploiter les assistants IA du workflow (ex. génération de squelettes de tests, assistance à l’écriture et à la mise à jour du code).

Votre profil :

  • Niveau Bac minimum, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tests automatisés sur des sites web et/ou applications mobiles

  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la rédaction et l'exécution de cas de tests manuels et automatisés, ainsi que dans la mise en place de frameworks de tests avec des outils tels que Java/C#, Selenium, Appium ou Cucumber

  • Vous avez une expérience éprouvée dans la conduite et dans le développement de tests automatisés sur plusieurs navigateurs web et systèmes d'exploitation (Mac OS, Windows, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge), y compris le web mobile et les applications natives.

  • Une bonne maîtrise de Playwright/TypeScript/JavaScript serait un plus

  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement Agile et maîtrisez Jira

  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension du cycle de vie du développement logiciel, de solides compétences analytiques et une grande attention aux détails

  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais (niveau C1), à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
