Disney Destinations International (DDI) recherche un(e) Chargé(e) Marketing Moyen-Orient F/H/NB en CDI pour rejoindre l’équipe Marketing et Ventes Internationales.


Vous reporterez au Responsable Marketing International au sein de l’équipe Marketing et Ventes Internationales de Disneyland Paris, avec un lien fonctionnel auprès du Responsable Commercial DDI basé au Moyen-Orient.

 

Pour Disney Cruise Line et Walt Disney World, vous contribuerez à la coordination et au déploiement des activités marketing B2B, B2C, RP et Influence sur le Moyen-Orient et Israël. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes basées à Londres, Paris, Dubaï et Tel Aviv, ainsi qu’avec les partenaires Trade et les agences.

 

 

Vos responsabilités :

 

 

  • Coordonner et déployer les plans marketing B2B et B2C pour Disney Cruise Line et Walt Disney World, dans le respect des délais et conformément aux orientations stratégiques globales et aux besoins des marchés locaux.
  • Travailler avec le siège DDI O-EMEA et les équipes locales afin d’adapter les assets de campagne, les messages et les plannings pour le Moyen-Orient et Israël.
  • Coordonner la mise en place des campagnes en étroite collaboration avec les agences locales, les équipes média, créatives, digitales et commerciales, en veillant à ce que délais et validations soient respectés.
  • Organiser les activités RP et Influence en coordonnant les sélections, briefs, plannings, contenus et en assurant le suivi des activations et des performances.
  • Coordonner les activations B2B2C cofinancées par les partenaires trade, en s’assurant de la mise en place des campagnes, de la livraison des assets, et effectuer les reportings de campagne.
  • Coordonner la réalisation et la mise à jour des supports de point de vente, flyers, outils commerciaux et supports de communication trade, afin de garantir que les équipes et partenaires disposent des bons éléments au bon moment.
  • Suivre et analyser la performance des initiatives marketing, produire des rapports et formuler des recommandations.
  • Assurer une veille régulière sur les tendances de marché, la concurrence et les innovations marketing afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue
  • Partager les enseignements et actions clés avec les membres de la direction afin de garantir l’alignement avec les directions stratégiques.

 

 

Votre profil :

 

 

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+5 d’école de commerce en marketing, commerce ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle impérativement dans la coordination de projets marketing à l’international dans le secteur du voyage ou dans une industrie orientée consommateur, couvrant impérativement le B2B, le B2C et l’influence.
  • Une connaissance avérée de la culture et des spécificités socio-culturelles du marché du Moyen-Orient constitue un prérequis pour ce poste.
  • Vous faites preuve de solides compétences organisationnelles, notamment en gestion de projet, et êtes capable de gérer plusieurs campagnes.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans la collaboration avec de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Vous savez vous adapter rapidement, assurer un suivi clair et faire avancer les sujets dans un environnement international dynamique.
  • Vous faites preuve de leadership, d’autonomie et de rigueur dans votre travail, et savez contribuer de manière proactive aux idées de votre équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement multilingue et maîtrisez l’arabe, le français et l’anglais, avec un niveau minimum C1.
  • Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office, notamment PowerPoint, Excel et Word, ainsi que les outils d’analyse de données et de reporting.
