ディズニーストアブランディングに向け、ストアで取り扱っている豊富な商品ラインアップを軸に消費者ニーズやトレンドに寄り添った、魅力ある店舗プレゼンテーション、およびオンラインストアでのコンテンツマネージメントを担当頂きます。

職務内容:

ディズニーストアのビジネス成長戦略に基づくVisual Merchandising Strategyの策定、実施

Strategy & Direction – オンライン

  • 商品発売時のセールスパワーを最大化するためのオンラインサイト（eCommerce）ディレクション、特集ページの企画、制作
  • 商品詳細ページ、オンラインサイトコンテンツ、商品画像の制作
  • コンテンツ制作カレンダーの年間/月間計画作成、管理
  • オンラインサイトにおけるVisual Presentation最適化のためのアウトソーイング起用企画、運営

必須条件:

  • Webコンテンツディレクション、デザイン、コーディング経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験、高いコミュニケーションスキル
  • ビジネス目標を達成するために、リーダーシップを持って自発的に考え、行動できること
  • 社内外の多様なステークホルダーに対し、円滑・効果的なコミュニケーションを取れること
  • 母国語レベルの日本語
  • (尚可)ビジネスにおいて英語を使用したコミュニケーションの経験
