Des attractions aux hôtels en passant par les décors et les chars, les bâtiments support ou encore les entrepôts, nos équipes de Maintenance ont un rôle clé : celui de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des installations de Disneyland Paris tout au long de l’année. Elles œuvrent ainsi quotidiennement pour faire vivre une expérience magique et unique à nos visiteurs, en toute sécurité.   
 

L'atelier Figure Finishing s'occupe de l'entretien des personnages et de leurs accessoires se trouvant dans les attractions et les parcs Disney.

Sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de la maintenance, vous effectuez, en atelier ou sur site, la maintenance correctrice et préventive des programmes confiés et des réhabilitations des peintures black light et des animatronics, et des personnages non animés et de leurs accessoires du resort en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.


 
Vos missions ?

  • Appliquer les règles de l’art (techniques de ponçage, patine, mode d’application de la peinture, etc.), savoir identifier et appliquer les différents produits de préparation et de finition (peintures, patines, peintures Blacklight, feuilles d’or, techniques de vieillissement, etc.)

  • Savoir appliquer des techniques de buttering, latex, silicone des Animatronics et des personnages non animés ainsi que les techniques de couture, fourrure, implant, cosmétologie, sculpture et moules.

  • Création et réparation des armatures de différentes pièces fixs des Animatronics et des personnages non animés (ex : mains, coques…)

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, nouveaux services, etc. et participer ponctuellement aux besoins opérationnels du département.

  • Participer à la réduction des impacts environnementaux et à la préservation des biens et du patrimoine de l’entreprise (en s’assurant de la propreté et du bon état de son environnements professionnel, par l’utilisation des outils, matières de manière adéquate et responsable, etc.)

  • Apporter des réponses pratiques et concrètes aux clients ou prestataires et/ou à sa hiérarchie sur des questions relevant de sa technicité, intégrant différents paramètres de son environnement

  • Identifier, en qualité de référent, toute problématique technique sur l’ensemble des procédures de son périmètre, proposer des actions correctives collectives pour la résoudre et en alerter sa hiérarchie et ses collègues de travail.


Vos atouts pour réussir ?  

  • Titulaire d’un diplôme de métier d’art, peintre décorateur option accessoiriste, maquettiste, scénographie, de type BEPC/BEP/BP/CFP

  • Expérience de 2 ans minimum en tant que peintre décorateur avec idéalement, des connaissances dans différents domaines artistiques (patine, ponçage, sculpture, moulage, peinture au pinceau , à l’aérographe, au pistolet , etc…)

  • Vous savez travailler avec précision, avez le sens de l’esthétique

  • Vous recherchez un travail d’équipe, sans routine, où vous pourrez développer votre technicité
