The IT Senior Manager, Technology Operations & Delivery, is responsible for leading technology operations while defining, governing, and driving solution architecture and delivery standards across the Disneyland Paris Technology Infrastructure domain.This role acts as a strategic and cross-functional leadership position ensuring that infrastructure, hosting, network, data center, and transversal technology initiatives are delivered with the appropriate balance of operational stability, engineering consistency, innovation, compliance, and business alignment. The position provides leadership for technical governance, solution architecture, delivery coordination, and technology standards while enabling scalable, resilient, and business-oriented infrastructure services supporting Disneyland Paris operations, hotels, parks, entertainment, and corporate environments. The Senior Manager partners closely with DXT leadership, Corporate and Segment IT Departments, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Application teams, vendors, and DLP stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and long-term technology sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Governance & Solution Architecture Excellence

  • Define and maintain architectural standards, operational frameworks, and technical governance across infrastructure and hosting domains.

  • Establish and drive Centers of Excellence (CoE) practices for network, hosting, data center, systems and middleware

  • Ensure alignment with Corporate and Segment standards, cybersecurity policies, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.

  • Promote standardized infrastructure architecture patterns, lifecycle management, documentation quality, and technical consistency across teams.

Strategic Technology Delivery

  • Lead the coordination and governance of complex infrastructure and technology transformation programs.

  • Oversee technical delivery execution across multiple streams including hosting, network services, data center modernization, resiliency, and cross-functional infrastructure initiatives.

  • Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, quality, timeline, operational readiness, and business expectations.

  • Support prioritization and arbitration of technical initiatives based on business value, operational risk, and strategic roadmap alignment.

Infrastructure & Platform Strategy

  • Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives supporting operational resiliency, scalability, automation, and service optimization.

  • Contribute to long-term strategies related to hosting & infrastructure systems, network services, data center evolution, Disaster Recovery & resiliency, cloud operational models, and automation & engineering practices.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a transversal leader across infrastructure. architecture, operations, project management, and vendor ecosystems.

  • Facilitate collaboration between operational teams and project delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production support.

  • Partner with Corporate IT, Segment IT and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and operational integration.

  • Influence stakeholders through strong communication, governance, and leadership capabilities.

Operational Resiliency & Risk Management

  • Ensure operational risks, technical debt, resiliency gaps, and service continuity concerns are properly identified and managed.

  • Support governance around Disaster Recovery, operational readiness, compliance, and critical infrastructure dependencies.

  • Drive proactive improvement initiatives focused on reliability, observability, automation, and service maturity.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Contribute to vendor strategy, technical evaluations, RFPs, and service governance.

  • Ensure external partners comply with TWDC and Disneyland Paris operational standards, engineering expectations, and service commitments.

  • Support optimization of sourcing models and strategic technology partnerships.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers, team leaders, engineers, architects, project managers, and technical experts.

  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Promote knowledge sharing, technical upskilling, and operational ownership across teams.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure, Architecture, Hosting, Network, or Technology Operations leadership roles.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure ecosystems including network services, hosting platforms, data center operations, cloud environments, Disaster Recovery, and ITSM & operational governance.

  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technology programs in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Experience working within highly operational and business-critical environments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.

  • Engineering or technical background combined with strategic leadership capabilities (preferred).

  • Certification: ITIL or other infrastructure governance frameworks (preferred).

  • Experience collaborating within international organizations (preferred).

  • Experience in hospitality (preferred).

  • Fluent English required; French is considered a plus.

  • This position is offered on a permanent contract (CDI) with managerial status (Cadre).

  • The role is based in Marne-la-Vallée, France.

Le/La Senior Manager IT, Opérations et Delivery Technologiques est responsable du pilotage des opérations technologiques tout en définissant, gouvernant et faisant évoluer les standards d’architecture de solutions et de delivery au sein du domaine Infrastructure Technologique de Disneyland Paris.

Ce poste constitue un rôle de leadership stratégique et transverse visant à garantir que les initiatives liées aux infrastructures, à l’hébergement, aux réseaux, aux centres de données (Data Centers) et aux technologies transverses soient déployées avec un juste équilibre entre stabilité opérationnelle, cohérence de l’ingénierie, innovation, conformité et alignement avec les besoins métiers.

Le titulaire du poste assure le leadership en matière de gouvernance technique, d’architecture de solutions, de coordination des livraisons et de définition des standards technologiques, tout en permettant la mise en place de services d’infrastructure évolutifs, résilients et orientés business au service des opérations de Disneyland Paris, des hôtels, des parcs, du divertissement et des environnements corporate.

Le/La Senior Manager collabore étroitement avec les équipes de direction DXT, les départements IT Corporate et Segment, la Cybersécurité, l’Architecture d’Entreprise, les équipes Applicatives, les fournisseurs ainsi que les parties prenantes de Disneyland Paris afin de garantir une exécution cohérente des projets et la pérennité des solutions technologiques.

Principales responsabilités

Gouvernance technologique et excellence en architecture de solutions

  • Définir et maintenir les standards d’architecture, les cadres opérationnels et la gouvernance technique sur les domaines infrastructures et hébergement.

  • Mettre en place et développer les pratiques des Centres d’Excellence (CoE) pour les réseaux, l’hébergement, les data centers, les systèmes et les middlewares.

  • Garantir l’alignement avec les standards Corporate et Segment, les politiques de cybersécurité, les exigences réglementaires et les meilleures pratiques opérationnelles.

  • Promouvoir des modèles d’architecture standardisés, la gestion du cycle de vie des infrastructures, la qualité de la documentation et la cohérence technique entre les équipes.

Delivery stratégique des technologies

  • Piloter la coordination et la gouvernance de programmes complexes d’infrastructure et de transformation technologique.

  • Superviser l’exécution des projets techniques couvrant plusieurs domaines : hébergement, services réseaux, modernisation des data centers, résilience et initiatives d’infrastructure transverses.

  • Veiller à ce que les projets soient livrés conformément aux objectifs de périmètre, qualité, délais, préparation opérationnelle et attentes métiers.

  • Soutenir la priorisation et l’arbitrage des initiatives techniques en fonction de la valeur métier, des risques opérationnels et de l’alignement avec la feuille de route stratégique.

Stratégie Infrastructure et Plateformes

  • Conduire les initiatives de modernisation des infrastructures visant à renforcer la résilience opérationnelle, la scalabilité, l’automatisation et l’optimisation des services.

  • Contribuer aux stratégies à long terme concernant :

  • les systèmes d’hébergement et d’infrastructure, et les services réseaux,

  • l’évolution des data centers,

  • les plans de reprise d’activité (Disaster Recovery) et la résilience,

  • les modèles opérationnels Cloud,

  • l’automatisation et les pratiques d’ingénierie.

Leadership transverse

  • Agir comme leader transversal auprès des équipes Infrastructure, Architecture, Opérations, Gestion de Projet et partenaires fournisseurs.

  • Faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes opérationnelles et les équipes projets afin d’assurer une transition fluide entre la conception et le support en production.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes IT Corporate, les équipes IT Segment et les partenaires externes afin de garantir l’alignement stratégique et l’intégration opérationnelle.

  • Influencer les parties prenantes grâce à d’excellentes capacités de communication, de gouvernance et de leadership.

Résilience opérationnelle et gestion des risques

  • Veiller à l’identification et à la gestion appropriées des risques opérationnels, de la dette technique, des écarts de résilience et des enjeux de continuité de service.

  • Soutenir la gouvernance des activités liées à la reprise après sinistre (Disaster Recovery), à la préparation opérationnelle, à la conformité et aux dépendances critiques des infrastructures.

  • Piloter des initiatives d’amélioration continue axées sur la fiabilité, l’observabilité, l’automatisation et la maturité des services.

Gestion des fournisseurs et partenaires

  • Contribuer à la stratégie fournisseurs, aux évaluations techniques, aux appels d’offres (RFP) et à la gouvernance des services.

  • Veiller à ce que les partenaires externes respectent les standards opérationnels de The Walt Disney Company et de Disneyland Paris, ainsi que les exigences d’ingénierie et les engagements de service.

  • Participer à l’optimisation des modèles de sourcing et des partenariats technologiques stratégiques.

Leadership d’équipe et développement des talents

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les managers, responsables d’équipe, ingénieurs, architectes, chefs de projet et experts techniques.

  • Favoriser une culture d’excellence technique, de responsabilisation, d’innovation et d’amélioration continue.

  • Encourager le partage des connaissances, la montée en compétences techniques et l’appropriation opérationnelle au sein des équipes.

Profil recherché : compétences et expérience

Expérience significative dans des fonctions de leadership liées à l’Infrastructure IT, l’Architecture, l’Hébergement, les Réseaux ou les Opérations Technologiques.

Excellente compréhension des écosystèmes d’infrastructures d’entreprise incluant les services réseaux, les plateformes d’hébergement, les opérations de data center, les environnements cloud, la reprise après sinistre (Disaster Recovery) ainsi que l’ITSM et la gouvernance opérationnelle.

Expérience démontrée dans la conduite de programmes technologiques complexes et transverses au sein d’environnements de grande envergure.

Expérience dans des environnements fortement opérationnels et critiques pour le business.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.

Forte orientation amélioration continue et innovation.

Formation ou parcours technique/ingénierie combiné à de solides compétences en leadership stratégique (souhaité).

Certification ITIL ou équivalent en matière de gouvernance des infrastructures (souhaitée).

Expérience de collaboration dans des organisations internationales (souhaitée).

Expérience dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie ou de l’hospitalité (souhaitée).

Anglais courant indispensable ; la maîtrise du français constitue un atout.
