About the Role & Team
The Site Executive Show Manager for our Disney Cruise Line portfolio serves as the senior show delivery leader for a designated site portfolio, responsible for aligning the vision and strategy of the Creative Show Design & Delivery Studio with the operational needs and priorities of the site portfolio.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Vice President of Creative Show Design & Delivery, you’ll ensure that all show-related planning, execution, and delivery activities across all projects in the cruise site portfolio are coordinated with portfolio leadership and studio direction.
The Site Executive Show Manager acts as the primary point of contact for portfolio leadership on all show-related matters at the site, connecting project teams, studio resources, Divisions of Work (DOWs), and vendor partners to ensure cohesive delivery across the portfolio.
This role provides both strategic leadership and functional oversight of show management at the site, ensuring that projects align with studio standards, creative intent, operational needs, and delivery commitments. Executive Show Managers dedicated to that site portfolio will report to the Site Executive Show Manager, establishing a clear structure for show leadership and enabling consistent practices across projects.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home. You will also be required for frequent international travel.
What You Will Do
Strategic Alignment & Product Strategy
Align show planning and execution with both studio vision and portfolio priorities.
Drive the strategic development and evolution of show-related products and systems, ensuring alignment between global Imagineering capabilities and site-specific needs.
Identify opportunities to leverage globally developed show solutions while adapting them to meet the unique operational and guest experience needs of the site.
Partner with studio leadership and portfolio teams to shape the long-term strategy for show delivery, technology integration, and product development.
Portfolio Leadership Integration
Serve as the single point of contact for portfolio leadership on all show-related strategy, planning, and delivery matters.
Connect show execution across multiple projects to ensure alignment with portfolio objectives, schedules, and operational priorities.
Provide visibility into risks, opportunities, and delivery strategies across the portfolio.
Leadership & Team Oversight
Provide functional leadership and oversight for all Executive Show Managers assigned to the site.
Foster collaboration across creative, technical, production, and operational teams.
Promote consistency in show management practices, processes, and standards across the site portfolio.
Mentor and develop show management talent within the studio.
Partner closely with the Executive responsible for Show Management and Project Coordinators to ensure alignment across executive and non-executive show management roles supporting the portfolio.
Division of Work (DOW) Integration
Partner closely with the Divisions of Work (DOWs) to align project needs with available studio capabilities.
Coordinate resource planning across DOWs to ensure appropriate expertise and capacity are available to support the portfolio.
Help drive standards of practice and delivery methodologies that ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Operational & Business Integration
Maintain a strong understanding of Disney show products and systems, including design, engineering, and production considerations.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective planning and integration of show elements throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain visibility and alignment across:
Resource planning
Project scheduling and milestones
Financial planning and budgets
Vendor strategy and contracting
Procurement and delivery processes
Vendor & Delivery Strategy
Work with studio leadership and project teams to establish appropriate vendor engagement strategies for show delivery.
Ensure vendor relationships support both creative intent and delivery performance.
Partner with procurement and legal teams to support contract strategies that enable efficient execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Significant senior experience leading complex show, entertainment, or themed experience projects from concept through delivery.
Deep understanding of show systems, creative integration, and production processes within themed entertainment or related industries.
Experience working within large-scale themed entertainment, live entertainment, or experiential design environments.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
Strong working knowledge of resource planning, scheduling, financial management, and vendor partnerships.
Proven experience working with external vendors and strategic partners to deliver complex show systems and experiences, with an excellent understanding of the vendor landscape
Experience working across multiple disciplines including creative, engineering, production, and operations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Theatrical Design, Entertainment Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead across complex organizational structures, aligning multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and project teams.
Experience guiding global product strategies while adapting solutions to site-specific operational and guest experience needs.
Familiarity with Disney show systems, technical infrastructure, and production methodologies.
Experience balancing creative ambition, technical feasibility, financial discipline, and schedule commitments across multiple projects.
