Working closely with Global Media and Production teams, Buying, Marketing and external agencies, you’ll coordinate priorities, resolve media issues and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced, global environment. As a key point of contact for EMEA media operations, you’ll champion consistent visual standards and efficient ways of working, helping deliver an engaging and seamless Guest experience.

This role is based in our London Hammersmith office, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values, acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

  • Asset Management: Oversee the ingestion, tagging, and publishing of assets across platforms like AEM, Scene7, Box, and SharePoint to keep media libraries organized and compliant.
  • Post-Production & QC: Manage retouching workflows, audit regional sites to resolve media inconsistencies, and review vendor imagery for compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Track asset readiness for online launches, act as the EMEA lead for sensitive/embargoed products, and implement fast-track solutions for high-priority projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Media and Production teams to align on creative briefs and act as a trusted escalation point for the region.
  • Impact: This is a high-visibility role operating at a supervisor level, directly impacting the visual quality of the Disney Store digital presence.
  • Environment: You must be able to perform under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven global environment.
  • Scope: The role requires a strategic mindset to work independently while coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives across different time zones (NA & EMEA).

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven background in digital media production, eCommerce, or creative project management, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end media workflows.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Box, and SharePoint, basic training provided for industry tools like Creative Force and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead through influence to drive accountability across teams.
