Senior Analyst, Bookable Experiences Revenue Management - Projects
Job Summary:

As a Senior Analyst, Bookable Experiences Revenue Management - Projects, you will support a broad portfolio of initiatives that help optimize revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and the overall Disney value proposition across Walt Disney World Bookable Experiences.
As a Senior Analyst, Bookable Experiences Revenue Management - Projects, you will develop and execute revenue management strategies and project-based initiatives for Food & Beverage, Tours & Recreation, and Events lines of business. You will partner closely with Technology, Disney Decision Science and Intelligence, Operations, Line of Business, Bookable Experiences Logistics, Finance, and other key stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, data-driven solutions that support business objectives and enhance the Guest and Cast experience.
A successful Senior Analyst will bring curiosity, analytical rigor, strong project management discipline, and the ability to build credibility with diverse partners. You will identify opportunities, evaluate impact of changes to the business, and help move initiatives from concept through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
This position will report to the Manager, Bookable Experiences Revenue Management - Projects.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in business analysis, project management, strategy development, revenue management, or a related analytical field
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, track milestones, and support timely execution across multiple initiatives
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to ask effective questions, build shared understanding, and influence partners with differing points of view
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex business situations, synthesize key information, and establish credibility with partners and stakeholders
- Experience translating business needs into project plans, analytical requirements, or implementation support activities
- Project management software experience, such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or Smartsheet
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment while demonstrating professionalism, sound judgment, and confidence in challenging situations
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving team objectives and driving continuous improvement
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and communicating data-driven insights using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, technical project management, revenue management, or business strategy
- Demonstrated data analytics skills with proficiency in one or more database or business intelligence tools, such as SQL, Snowflake, Helix, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of Disney Experiences Operations, business units, product offerings, systems, and data sources
- Prior revenue management experience in dining, hotels, car rentals, airlines, or another yield-focused business
- Experience partnering with technical teams to define requirements, support testing, manage implementation, and achieve desired business outcomes
- Experience communicating risks, tradeoffs, timelines, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Finance, or another related analytical or quantitative field
Preferred Education
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $109,800 to $134,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
