- Ensure accurate and timely financial settlement aligned with regulatory and internal control requirements.
Broker Invoice Audit & Financial Controls
- Lead pre‑ and post‑payment audits of customs broker invoices and trade‑related charges.
- Independently identify trends, root causes, and systemic issues impacting invoice accuracy or financial controls.

- Partner with Trade Technology and Finance teams to design, test, and implement automation and system enhancements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and stabilization of new tools impacting trade finance workflows.
- Own and maintain advanced SOPs, controls documentation, and training materials.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as a key liaison between Trade Finance, Trade Operations, Global Customs Programs, Technology, and Corporate Finance.
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to Trade Finance Analysts.

Position Within the Trade Management Operating Model:
- First Line of Defense: Owns execution quality and embedded financial controls.

- Risk & Cost Steward: Reduces financial exposure and improves visibility through disciplined execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Significant experience in trade finance, accounting, broker invoice audit, or operational finance.
