Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons is a global brand making dreams come true for 35 years, offering epic destinations for weddings, vow renewals, honeymoons, engagements, and anniversaries! A global industry leader, providing fashion, jewelry, and products as well as inspiration through television specials on Disney+. This brand is based on unmatched wedding planning services and the desire to make wedding dreams a reality!
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 - June 2027
What You Will Do
The Marketing Strategy Intern will be a part of a dynamic team where they will support and gain exposure to multiple marketing teams, including social media/content marketing, brand marketing and strategy, creative development, website management, sales tool management, and reporting/analytics.
- Craft creative social media assets following templates and style guides
- Write engaging blog posts with a focus on product and brand storytelling, with a high level of creativity and information accuracy sought at driving brand dedication and website traffic
- Update content across marketing and sales tactics including website and digital tools
- Own daily Facebook Messenger interactions, responding timely, with information accuracy and with integrity
- Source high-quality photo and video content from couples and vendors to feature on social media. Coordinate and prioritize assets which include naming assets, uploading to digital system, sourcing releases, etc
- Coordinate marketing reports using Excel to input weekly data into marketing dashboard
- Assist with the development of trends reports, content calendars, internal audits and more
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A content creator at heart—You have stellar copywriting skills, a curiosity for storytelling, and a talent for identifying and crafting stunning visual content
- Organized and detailed—Ability to complete projects on time, multi-task and work collaboratively with a team
- Highly motivated—A proactive self-starter who loves taking on new challenges big and small, is undeterred by ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you’re constantly learning and wearing many hats.
- A strategic thinker—Strong curiosity about marketing with a desire to grow your experience in marketing strategy, social media marketing and brand management
- Passion for all things weddings—Knowledge of the latest trends with weddings, honeymoons and engagements and an awareness of the most influential wedding brands, media outlets, and content creators in the industry
- Possess a valid US driver’s license and must have your own personal vehicle to get to/from on-site events
Preferred Qualifications
- Current or former Disney College Program participant or Cast Member with a proven understanding of Disneyland Resort and/or Walt Disney World Resort
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and/or basic video editing software and social media management tools
- Proficient with Apple operating systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education
- Current Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Mass Communications, or related fields
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
- Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 - June 2027
- Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) and have a consistent, reliable work schedule for the duration of the internship
- Transportation: Must have your own personal vehicle to get to/from on-site events
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, Florida is $23.00 per hour.
